Meta Hickman is a superstar for Guitar Center!! He helped me find the guitar that I wanted and he was patient with me as I used a few gift cards for the purchase. He called me back when there was a slight change to the delivery. He provides exceptional customer service, and is a great reflection for GC! Thanks to the Guitar Center team for a great experience!

I reached out to the support team when I ran into an issue. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and I have received no help. They keep telling me solutions that aren't even correlated to my problem. They ended up closing the case on me once they had gave up trying to help. They're incapable of proper reading skills even after I explained it in simple terms.

What you are about to read is not an exaggeration as we were truly flabbergasted but what we had experienced.Upon arrival:Fire Alarm would not stop going off and after several attempts to fix it, the smoke alarm was removed by request of the manager for the duration of our stay (which is highly illegal!!). There was fieces in the toilet, mold through the room on chairs and pull out sofa etc. The lamps were flickering like a haunted house, the bed was broken and severely slanted to one side, when you sat on it the other side sprung up like a sea saw. There was dirt/crumbs/debris. The phone was dismantled and non functional. There were bug bites as my wife and son have bites all over their bodies. The beautiful bar restaraunt that was advertised on your site has been closed (shut down) for (4) months!!!! When we complained, the manger was rude and offered a room with only a single bed, we went and looked at it and it was dirtier than the first room with a sleeper that was covered in dirt and mold, debris so we had to stay in the first room because there was no other availability. The room Nextdoor must have had the same issue as a crew of cleaning people came In flipping beds and sofa on its sides and completely quarantining the entire room (I am assuming a customer raised holy hell) A pest control company was also in the room treating it under what looked like an emergent scenario. The hotel should be shut down and was a complete health and safety hazard. We are completey shocked that this was representative by Best Western and has horrified us to ever stay on your premises again. I will pressing a complaint to the better business burea and any and all platforms available. I have taken photos and videos of everything described above. This is not going to be a good look for your chain, I expect nothing less than a full refund as this completely ruined our vacation.

Amazon uk has scammed me by one of their third party sellers Bargains Galore sending wrong item and having 2 items in one description. Amazon uk customer services are supporting the scam seller and Amazon say you'll get refunded and yet Bargains Galore is so confused and not giving me refund. Amazon uk doesn't care about.customers being scammed by third party sellers. Be careful with Bargains Galore third party seller or you'll be scammed out of money. I don't trust Amazon uk now because they treated me like if I was making this up.

Incompetence, bureaucracy and outdated IT.I changed my telephone number so I could not login.I called their support helpline and after 40 minutes the advisor told me they could not help me because I cannot remember the exact date I first filled a tax return some 30 years ago. I managed to chat to tech services who after 10 questions allowed me to change my telephone number. I was told it would take 3 days to show. it has been 10 days, the emails I sent have not been answered. after living in other countries the Uk is the worst system.

Agoda passes the buck to the hotel or apartment, and they pass the buck to Agoda.Not all details are explained either through Agoda or the hotel, apartment.We stayed for 6 days in an Athens apartment and they wanted 5 euros for a change of towels and 10 euros for toilet paper. This was not explained anywhere. Also, we had to dispose of soiled toilet paper in the garbage at the end of the street. No instructions on how to operate stove, safe, air conditioner, coffee maker. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME AS IN NORTH AMERICA!

This company has become very unreliable and irresponsible.The drivers are supposed to notify the customer when they arrive. Only twice has anyone contacted me and that's when they were lost.Kroger has weekly specials and digital coupons. If they substitute they are supposed to honor the special even if the substitution is more expensive.In the last two weeks I have been overcharged by a total of $22 because they didn't follow policy.Kroger says they can't issue a refund. Only give a credit for the next order.When you call the customer service number many times you are connected with someone who has a very limited understanding of the English language. When they try to repeat what you said they become confused and are nowhere near correct.
