This is a terrible company. They are in breach of contract as they have never supplied us with the card machine yet they continue to deduct money from us and have told us they have no intention of returning it. They are a disgrace. Trying to get in to touch with them is hopeless as they continue to ignore any approach by phone or e mail. Look them up on the Company House web site. Who are these people? Yes they get back to you but you are then passed from one department to another. Please be aware that should you choose to take out a contract with this company please keep a copy of all correspondence as should a dispute arise you certainly will need it. Think twice. Read the bad reviews before you make a decision. We area a small bowls club and they supplied a card reading machine which was not suitable as we did not have wifi connection. They were to supply a replacement which they never have yet they took money from our bank account. Perhaps if they were to contact their employee who we first dealt with they might see that what we are saying is correct. Concierge? Hopeless. We urge you to think twice about taking out a contract with this company. Remember that you are dealing with faceless people at the end of e mails and telephone so please as mentioned before keep all copies of any correspondence. We are now sending to this company our record of the events which took place . Why are all the good reviews in the US and the bad reviews in the UK? Don't give up if you have a grievance that is what they want you to do. I wonder just how many hours I am going to have to wait until they respond to our letter. I will not be going away. As I have said over and over please keep all you paperwork. This company has a habit of not replying to texts or emails. Would you pay for something which you had informed them was not fit for purpose? I cannot warn you that please consider carefully before taking up any form of contract with this company. How can a company not take responsibility for their employees not looking after the customer. Do the various departments not contact each other when a customer has a problem. This is what this company has done to us. We cannot warn you enough not to take out a contract with this company. Follow the paper trail. Clover-Merchant Services-American Express Payment Services- and two of the Directors are Directors of two of these companies and finally to American Express. We cannot warn you all enough not to take out a contract with this company. Check the good and bad reviews you may se that what we have been trying to warn you of is correct. They do not talk to one another and we get e mails from them which takes up time if they only contacted each other. This whole complaint was due to the fact that their employee did not contact the correct department and this has happened time and time again. Do you want to spend a lot of time sorting problems with this company out? We hope that you have taken the time to read this review. We cannot emphasize enough that this company is not a good company to take out a contract with.
