We have been ordering thousands of dollars of parts through Adafruit for over a year, and the first time we reached out to them in need of some support, the Director of Support replied with the rudest email I've ever seen from a support team. We had a very simple request, and she didn't even try to help us, other than asking if we wanted to cancel the order. The worst part is that the reason we had to reach out is because they sent us 4 faulty products. She didn't even mention this in her response, and would take no responsibility for it. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I would suggest others do the same. As a business owner myself, I know there's just no excuse for treating loyal customers like that.

Have issues with a 11 day rental in Curacao. VRBO chat sent an email for me to provide docuemntation, of which I have plenty. Tried to confirm the email and all they want to do is have me call. Basically they are giving me a run around. Worse customer service experience ever. The rental is horrible and neither the host or VRBO is very interested in correcting. Would caution anyone from using them. Have pictures, video and chat transcripts for confirmation to my disatisfaction and the expensive lesson I have learned.

After first contacting you, I appreciated the response I was given, but the prices I was given was extremely high. How can you give a price on something you haven't seen. My tree was tall, but the diameter was not very large. The price I was quoted by Home Advisor would have been appropriate if the tree was much larger. I saved a lot by having someone come out and give me a quote.

I am 50 and have had numerous facials.I purchased the 75 min service through Groupon. When I arrived I was met with whom I assume is the owner of the salon. She was absolutely AMAZING!We discussed what I purchased VS what my skin actually needed. She took time to look at my skin and tell me what she recommended VS what I purchased. Once discussed we decided on a HydraFacial and Dermaplaning. She honored the Groupon even with the changes in services.The wonderful person that did my service was Michelle. She was absolutely THE BEST technician that I have had. Cleansing / Steam / Deep Cleaning of Pores / Microdermabrasion / Mask / Red Light Mask / the most soothing and hydrating creams / Cold Stone over the cream (this was a first for me / Dermaplaning / Shoulder and Neck Massage. She took her time and the entire experience was so amazing! The have won my business! I love the fact that they took time analyzing my skin before just "doing the service".

Kofi support are literally the kindest team I ever reached out to for help with my problems. when I struggled to pay annual gold sub due to my country's new restrictions and it was affecting my work badly as a small creator with comms as sole income, the support team gifted it to me for free and I almost cried! their empathy, generosity, professionalism and good will are major marks of a great platform.
