Should be 0. We purchased the insurance as well but it was to just cover the hotel cost. O our way to the hotel, we unfortunately broke down on the M40 and it took 6 hours to get recovered, this is also with a 10 year old in the car. The insurance company wouldn't refund the cost of the hotel and referred to it as "unwillingness to travel" other than walk from oxford to Manchester I can't see how they can justify that as unwillingness to travel, we were on route. We provided all documentation including the breakdown report. We will never use Hotels.com again or their insurance company.

After a 530 day streak and winning the Diamond League in the last week I played I've dropped Duolingo.The latest update to the fixed file path is absolute rubbish. It has taken all the flexibility and enjoyment out of what was an excellent learning experience. You are now tied to a single path and I dont think you can refresh your lives by revising any more.Looking at the reviews on here I'm not alone.Come on guys you has a great product and you've trashed it. Give us the option to switch back and I'll be back.

I used Duolingo for many years: at first happily, then sceptically, then grudgingly, and now no longer. The constant removal of useful features has reached the level of open contempt for the userbase: everything is geared toward monetisation, and if this means systematically and deliberately degrading the 'free' experience (it's not - it's ad-supported and has been for many years) then this clearly doesn't trouble the company in the slightest. It's long been impossible to study by subject, to read useful background notes on grammar, to discuss exercises in a forum with other users, or to raise issues with a course where necessary: these are all services that used to be offered. The latest innovation has been to remove the ability to practice: the much-lauded 'spaced repetition' is now available only for a fee.Duolingo has always claimed to have the mission of making language-learning available to everyone: it's clearer than ever that this is a lie, and that corporate greed is the only motivation.

If I could put no stars I would!!, They steal money by telling you that if their unreliable dashers don’t show up with what you paid for they can’t give you your money back. I really think DoorDash do not hire honest people and this is why this is happening, but it is a civil lawsuit to not refund someone their money if they have no proof the food was delivered. Do not trust them at all let their system suffer and close out because just hire anyone and not make them responsible for their actions is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The 1-topping large pizza that I walk in and order costs $20.00 + $5.00 for a cup of ranch + tax so around ~$27.29. When order through DoorDash the same order is $40.21 (including tax) and that is before I tip. If I don't tip the pizza comes cold since the dasher delivers 1-2 orders before mine. The restaurant is 5 miles from my home so I rarely use delivery. I also paid for DashPass so the order is even more expensive. Since DoorDash takes over 30% of the revenue from the restaurant they have to increase their pricing so I do not blame the restaurant. Door Dash is a greedy company. I cancelled my Dash Pass and will NEVER order from them again. I recommend people price check to fully understand how much extra DD charges for the privilege of having something delivered.

I provided the tracking number for the return, but they did not reply or issue the refund.Frustrated, I filed a dispute via PayPal, as I made the payment through them. Shockingly, the customer service replied to my email rudely, saying, "Go ahead and dispute with PayPal; your refund is rejected."What kind of service is this? I returned the goods immediately due to the wrong size, but after a month, I received no updates. The final response was a rude reply. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I bought a comforter set and washed it once, and now it’s all matted and sticking together. This was $100 and clearly the worst quality I’ve ever seen in a bed set. Why would you cheat people out of their money like this? Character matters and selling cheap is wrong.

I placed an order on December 7th, and December 22nd, my items still hadn’t shipped! I called to customer services and ask for the delay reason. Customer service representative didn't know anything about even how to handle the call. This was absolutely ridiculous. I requested to speak with the supervisor.After 20 min hold time he came on call and I informed him about the agent and what she did. I told her to re-ship my items because in their system it was showing something wrong with the shipping and she refunded my items. Even I didn't tell her to refund my items. Supervisor apologized to me and took my phone number and said, I am here and will help you. During the conversation call disconnected. He never call me back again... Macys customer services dept is ridiculous.I ended up to buy same item from store. I expected better service from a well known retailer like Macy’s. The shipping is taking forever, and there’s no clear update on why it’s delayed. I understand that things can get busy during the holidays, but this level of delay is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Macy’s ever again. It’s frustrating and disappointing to have such a poor experience with a company that should know better
