Emailed documents to transfer an account upon a death. Three weeks went by and no outreach from UBS. Upon inquiring, they offered an estate department appointment two more weeks out. Stated someone had called me, but could not get through. No missed calls, no messages and worse yet, not even a second attempt to reach me. I feel that someone isn’t really telling the truth. Upon escalating to a supervisor absolutely no consideration was offered. Absolutely horrific customer service.

I wish I could give a negative 1. So I bought an item from the UK to be delivered to the EU. I paid VAT upon purchase and, according to the info on the Esty website, Esty is required to "lawfully" charge VAT and then pay the tax to the state authority of the recipient's country.Guess what... I got charged VAT on delivery, and not one trace of info about VAT was indicated on the shipment or in the parcel. This makes no sense since Esty is required to take care of VAT.... Somehow, eBay manages to do this just fine with no issues for the seller or the buyer.And when I contacted customer service they said "Etsy lawfully collected and paid the VAT", and when I asked for an IOSS number to prove this, they said... woops we don't have it. And instead of a refund for VAT, they gave me a gift card.... like I want to shop now with Etsy, oh yeah CANT WAIT!Also, I have to stress that people are selling garbage for 100 euros plus. Literally things you would throw away. I was lucky to find something good for a reasonable price, but with VAT it was still expensive. Luckaly the seller was great and helped me. Well anyway, avoid, avoid, avoid etsy! Bad business, no organization, just messy. Use ebay. Order number is 3496776446

Signed up through my browser on 10/13. Went back to sign in on 10/15 and was told the credentials were wrong. They were not. Requested to reset password. Received an email to reset in the Croatian language. Signed back in and figured out changing back to English. Apparently someone is using my gmail for their account that says it was created in 2020.I disabled the account and am waiting for a reply from Discord Support. Trying to get the info and my actual account deleted.

I love using this services like 6-7 years ago when it only gained momentum. It had a very simple interface, stable connection, there was a possibility to create group calls, group chats and whatever, whatever. According to my observations, nowadays it even became better. All these functions exist, plus you can add some music while playing, special bots, it gradually becomes a whole new social network, hahaha. I vouch for discord and thanks it for raising me from Skype.

My terminal stopped accepting debit payment so I called the technical support. They made my terminal go back to factory settings, which bugged it altogether and now the terminal wouldn't work at all, which they didn't tell me would happen before actually doing it. So now I have a non-functional terminal in a busy café and can't accept cards at all. Already starting to lose sales. Then the agent tells me it'll be 24-48h until I receive a new terminal (more lost sales). 2 days after, I call back the company to know where my new terminal is, and the order hasn't been placed by the first agent. It'll take another 24h-48h. Because by then it was the weekend, it took 4 days. So a complete week of sales lost, unhappy clients, unhappy staff that didn't get tips that week, no apologies whatsoever and just a very inefficient customer service. They could have warned me that manipulating the terminal could cause it to get entirely defective and I could have had time to find a back-up solution until the new terminal arrives (at least, accept credit). But they just don't care that my business loses money. So I'll be looking elsewhere for my terminal and POS needs.

Tried to get a refund for Remnant 2 and DLCs I bought, I spend dozens of hours grinding this game and then a sudden crash and ALL the progress is gone, tried restoring from the cloud storage and nothing, only create new character. Now I have zero enthusiasm starting it all over again, I looked for a solution online, apparently that’s a known issue and multiple people experienced it with no good outcome, users buy a product, pay for subscription to save progress for this product, then due to know issue progress is lost, and PS refuses to refund for the product that is not working properly. Total scam

I have contacted Microsoft several times about my Microsoft Rewards account getting suspended.The only response I ever get is that I did not follow the terms and conditions. Even though I am in Australia and I am the only person in the household to use Microsoft Rewards. I can not believe that I have told so many people to get Microsoft Edge and use Bing and Microsoft Rewards and the only thing that I received from Microsoft is that my account was suspended because I REDEEMED A FREE GIFT CARD. Microsoft, this is a complete scam. This is unacceptable. You can not suspend someone's account for just redeeming a free git card which is what Microsoft has promised. Microsoft rewards is a scam.The only thing that I like about Microsoft is their developers program which provides free products.
