I no longer watch or listen to the BBC. their place in broadcasting is now in doubt where there are so many excellent streaming and individual contributions from other providers. Save the country some money and sell off the BBC and all of its assets and invest this into public health.

My experience with AT&T has been nothing short of a nightmare. It began when they accessed my backyard without permission while I wasn’t home, and during this time, a laptop was stolen. Despite raising concerns, nothing was done about the theft—no compensation, no accountability.Fast forward about a year later, when I attempted to deny AT&T technicians access to the utility pole on my property due to a lack of easement. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the technician refused to leave when asked, and the situation escalated alarmingly: I was threatened with a gun and bullied on my own property.The police were contacted, and a report was filed. However, even after AT&T conducted an "investigation," no meaningful action was taken. Their resolution? Terminating my service. This response felt more like retaliation than a solution.AT&T's handling of these incidents demonstrated an utter lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for customer safety and property rights. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been waiting for my order for over 4 months now. I ordered this item in December and it was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks which is already insanely long. In January I got an email that it’s gonna be delivered end of March. Now it’s April and still nothing.It’s been saying “ready to be delivered in 5 days” for over three weeks now. I’m so furious!

I used Chegg from 2016-2020, before the rise of AI. The site was a life saver. Real humans would answer the questions, and explain the answer step-by-step. I am in school again and using Chegg again. This is nothing like the site I used to use. Questions are answered by AI that usually misses what the question is asking entirely. The AI also can't understand pictures well at all. The AI is terrible and doesn't offer any value different from ChatGPT or even Google's AI.

I ordered shoes a full week prior to this review that I needed to arrive by the end of this week as they're a gift for someone I am going out of town to see. The shipping estimate help page said the package would arrive 5 days later, and I checked with their support to confirm, which they did. Great! Nope...6 days later, my package is still sitting in Hong Kong and SEVERAL attempts at contacting Support have ended with lies and disappointment! First, I was told by Adele in Support that they would contact Fedex to have the package rushed or prioritized, and Fedex confirmed that was a lie, and now I'm getting hit with the same predetermined text about how long a package can take to process and ship and oh well, not our fault.I order things overseas all the time, and I never have this experience. Honestly, good luck if you get Adele, she clearly lacks empathy or respect for any of their customers and will waste your time!
