Review of bigcommerce
The worst experience ever!!BigCommerce technicians do not help their customers solve technical problems related to the templets they sell. This makes it difficult for our customers to find products on our online store. We are very disappointed with this approach to customers and are considering moving to another E-commerce platform.

The Daily Mail has now become a parodox and whilst in earlier years it was a respected newspaper it has now simply become a cash cow for advertising. As a consequence it is painful to navigate along with the fact that their so called journalists are not very good. I used to submit comments but they ceased to accept them for reasons unknown other than perhaps a criticism of the ‘newspaper’. Frankly I don’t care as there are other outlets for my opinions.

I had been struggling for over a week to register an EPO to enable me to have access to my mother’s Halifax bank account. I realise that these are very difficult times due to coronavirus and under these circumstances I was happy to wait a long time on the phone for a response from an adviser. Having failed to get any assistance whatsoever from the Halifax and Lloyd’s by phone and online and by email, I contacted NBS. The advisers were really helpful and patient. Eventually they resolved the issue. It took some time but it transpired that Halifax had given me the wrong user name, which prevented me from signing in. Anyway all has been resolved now to my complete satisfaction. Thank you all the advisers for your help, patience and understanding.
Review of logitech
I would never have thought that a company as well know as Logitech would be so dishonest and provide such bad customer service. I understand that these are unusual times but they should at least make an effort to provide accurate and honest answers to customer inquiries. My experience is similar to what others are recounting so I'll keep it short...When I placed my order on the Logitech website the item (webcam) showed in stock. They took my money and after a week I requested an update and I was told that it was pending but there was no ETAI then pointed out that according to their website I should not have been charged until my item shipped and said they could not refund my money because I used PayPal. I my experience that is not true.I asked them to cancel my order because my order has clearly not shipped and as you might guess they said that since the order was sent to the warehouse it could not be cancelled.Needles to say that when I eventually get my product I am going to return it unopened and I will never buy another Logitech product again.

Review of getyourguide
We were a verified supplier on GetYourGuide with strong sales and excellent client service. Without warning, our account was deactivated citing Art. 14.2 ("for convenience"), claiming our tours no longer aligned with their focus—despite no prior audit, no deficiency notice, and several high-rated products (even 4.5 and 5.0) still active. We immediately submitted a formal appeal, supported by documentation (licenses, insurance, product quality), under ticket **#7951309**. GetYourGuide promises a 24–48 hr response. No one replied. In the following days, we sent additional requests to escalate the matter, referencing their own Terms & Conditions (Art. 8, 11, 14, 15, and 16). These were also ignored. Every single message was marked **“Solved” without response**:* Ticket #8005130* Ticket #8034423* Ticket #8266904* Ticket #8214918* Ticket #8337751* Ticket #8337189We never received a proper explanation nor the opportunity to remedy any alleged issue. This was not a quality review—it was a silent purge. Meanwhile, other suppliers with lower scores remain active. This action is causing us the loss of thousands of dollars and directly affecting the livelihoods of our staff, who depend entirely on our revenue as an agency. Our account still falls within the 30-day notice period, and we hold hope that a qualified human will intervene before this window closes, rather than letting an automated algorithm dictate our fate. We’re exposing this publicly to warn other serious operators: your business could be erased without due process, and all your attempts to be heard may be discarded behind the scenes.– Gill SorianoFounder, Tourballoon Travel ExperiencesSupplier ID: 269797Main Ticket: #7951309---------------Update after GetYourGuide's reply:We’ve already used the exact contact form and support channels mentioned — multiple times — including Ticket #7951309 and at least six follow-ups. All were closed as “Solved” without any meaningful response. Just two days ago, we submitted a new formal request (#8337189) in good faith — and once again, it was marked “Solved” without review or contact. This is no longer an isolated support failure. It reveals a clear modus operandi: automatic closures, no accountability, and evasive tactics by a team that should represent trust and transparency. We’ve been systematically ignored, wasting weeks while our revenue collapsed. We’ve lost thousands of dollars and been pushed to the brink of bankruptcy without a single honest explanation. In my 30 years of experience in the tourism industry — including working with multinational brands like Apple Leisure Group — I have never encountered such an ethically disappointing experience with an online service provider. We are still within the 30-day post-deactivation period and remain open to a serious, human-led review of our case. But make no mistake:We are not asking for links. We are asking for respect, fairness, and a real answer.
Review of change
I had signed a petition, and that process was fine - no complaints. However, I had been signed up to a subscription without being aware of it. It must've been a well hidden option, because I don't have any reason for a change.org subscription. Feels a bit sneaky, not a fan of that.
Review of ulta
I frequent Ulta on Cumberland Blvd. While customer service has never been even passable, today, March 18, 2024, was particularly incoherent.First of all, I saw only three personnel on the floor. One was happily engaged in small talk with a customer who appeared to be a friend. No help there.Still another was standing behind the checkout counter, digging in her phone. When I approached her to ask if she were open, she said "no", not even bothering to look up. The one person who was actually working was checking out customers. When she was free, I asked her to help me find two products that Ulta carries. She tried to help, but the foolish woman who had been digging in her cell, told her to get back to the counter because she had "customers." Her impertinent admonition invites two questions: What the hell was I, chopped liver? And, why in hell did she not spring into action? When I visit Ulta, I typically spend at least $200.00. I will not enter this store again. The personnel are incompetent, neglectful, and unserious.
Review of 1password
1Password is undoubtedly one of the most secure password managers on the market. Its robust encryption, privacy-first approach, and advanced features like secret keys inspire absolute trust in protecting sensitive data. It’s clear that security is at the core of this product, and for that, it deserves high praise. The user interface is sleek and modern, which initially creates a great impression. However, the experience becomes cumbersome when it comes to everyday usability. The process of filling out forms or accessing certain features feels unnecessarily bulky and overly complicated. For a tool designed to simplify digital life, the complexity detracts from the overall experience. While 1Password is an excellent choice for those who prioritize security above all else, it could benefit greatly from a more intuitive and streamlined approach to navigation and autofill. It’s a solid product for security-conscious users, but the added complexity holds it back from being perfect. A strong contender, but simplicity should be the next focus.
