vrbo seems like it’s just a ripe platform for scams preying on travelers desperately searching for places reasonably priced! All the response replies in trustpilot from vrbo seem to just be “canned auto responses” not directly regarding the specific customer. I only have exp booking thru Airbnb so I guess I’m spoiled. Airbnb has host profiles listed w/ at the very least a first name. most of the time there’s a photo of & brief bio of the host. Airbnb has a Clear policy of VERIFYING host IDENTITIES & legitimacy BEFORE allowed to list a property. Reviews of Airbnb properties are easy to view & star ratings listed in the title of the listings. But when I searched VRBO I don’t see any reviews, or host profiles connected to the listings? everytime I try to contact a host thru the “contact host” button the app freezes? I finally logged into the desktop site. I found a listing & had questions about the property pre-book. ive sent 3 messages to host over the past 2 weeks & not heard back at all from host!!?! I don’t feel confident the listing is legit or even a real host? I also don’t like how vrbo doesn’t show a history of messages I’ve sent in the “messages” section of my account?! This whole system is very shady. I called vrbo & spoke w/ a cust rep who was very difficult to understand? I wanted to find out if property was listed by a real host & if vrbo verified identity of hosts & legitimate properties? She first told me the host was a real human & the property was using the platform thru a partner site. Then she said the property owner didn’t have a profile bc he still needed to submit tax/financial paperwork to vrbo? I asked how he was eligible to post a listing if the site hasn’t even verified their identity? And why does the listing have the option to immediately “book now” if they didn’t have all the tax ppwk required to accept money from travelers? Other listings have the option of “request to book” which is not immediate so why was this listing immediate booking? she then told me the host was fully verified which is why he could post & she kept giving me different answers about their identity verification process & what the policy was for renters to be protected from scams. She was just saying anything until I received an answer I liked?! I’m basically just posting this review to warn other travelers about this site! It doesn’t appear they have systems & processes in place to protect travelers? Based on the reviews here I can see that’s true :( my heart goes out to all the travelers who had a bad experiences. I just want to let ppl know there are “other platforms” you can to book thru, who are trustworthy & make it clear who the hosts are & verifiable identities. And who make reviews clearly visible & Airbnb has actual host profiles. There’s no way to post a review about a property unless you’ve actually stayed there. That helps to avoid fake reviews. I’ve had Amazing experiences w/ Airbnb every time , 10 bookings! I’ve also used booking.com & Expedia for vacation rentals (they list more than just hotels!) I’ve also used actual property management companies who specialize in vacation rentals.. you can do searches on google & just do research to verify they are legit. Vrbo doesn’t seem trustworthy or has reliable cust service. Please please be careful & do your homework if you book thru vrbo!! And trust your instincts, if it doesn’t feel right!

Absolutely awful service, every time I try and chat to a human I get redirected to their chat bot which is supposed to link me with a human via email and it has never worked, also my order of a month ago still has not been shipped and last updates on the delivery were from a month ago. Atrocious service

I used to think that LG had some good products but with these new features requiring being the product (TV) being online just so that it can collect information about what is going on in its vincinity.LG TV witha camera and a EULA wich allows for ALL data to be sold. Be it you sleeping, your child running infront of the TV be sure, the sickos at LG will collect it.My experience came from watching an LG TV at the store. Funny how not even the salesman knows about the EULA how it rapes you and your family.

I bought shelves. Before going to the store I checked from their web page and found the product with 80x40 size. On the main page it was written 80x40 therefore I didn’t need to check the details. In the store on the product itself also it was written 80x40. When I came home it was smaller, then I measured and it was about 77.5x38. Even on the receipt it is written 80x40. Still I tried to use them using extra supporters but it doesn’t look good and not strong enough. I called the customer service and made a complaint. They said what I only could do is to take them back to the store and ask for refund. I didn’t go back to the store and give it back because it would cost me time about 2-3 hours and travel cost and again getting tired to carry them back. I am not happy at all with the company’s service after selling the product.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Vansh at your BP garage Western Avenue GREENFORD UB6 8TF. Yesterday at 5pm I went there as I had dropped my phone down the side of my seat. No problem you might think, but it actually was impossible to reach and my seat is broken so I couldn't move it forwards or backwards. Vansh didn't give up and spent quite a while trying to retrieve it (which he did successfully), and this was an immense relief. In my view, he went over and above his call of duty and I just wanted to say thank you and also to pass on my gratitude. Thank you so much

Awesome company. Responses are within 24 hours to solve tech issues and they did. Obviously I'm happy now (they just did) For now ? I can't rate this highly company highly enough. Let's see. Not paid - and I rarely if ever review anyone. These guys are actually really good. Highly recommended

UPDATE: the company has now put this right by refunding the payment with a compensation for their error which I do appreciate. My credit card did not work on their site so I used my debit card instead. Big mistake! They took an additional unauthorised payment from my current account, 2 months on they have admitted their 'technical error' and promised to refund the money. As of today they still have not done so. Do not buy from this organisation.

I had a negative experience with a dog sitter and the dog sitter has other negative reviews. I feel Rover should screen out the poor dog sitters so others do not have sitters that neglect their pets. I thought Rover was a reliable app to find reliable dog sitters. I now find that Rover does not screen their reviews or sitters.

I am very disappointed in how Xero is approaching the issues brought up by it's users. I liked Xero when we started working with it back in 2016, I though it very user friendly, simple and clear. However, since then, there have been several price increases to "improve" product, but the updates that happened were not really in the benefit of the users. And, now, they are even retiring critical features like the Pay run, which was essential for small businesses, and telling us we should be paying a thrid party app to have our payroll done, oh and giving us a one month notice for it. It is very dissapointing.
