I ordered a Mpc I was so excited to find out it got lost in ups shipping and I had to wait over two months for a refund no compensation at all. These ppl make millions off the customers but refuse to offer a way to do great business. I will go through Amazon or any other music company before dealing with them again unless I’m in the store their shipping customer service is horrible….Update so whoever replies on this review site does their job appropriately and apparently well. I was contacted the next day to be returned with my excitement. A new mpc was going to be on the way thank you for your support and service

Terrible experience!I received a Figma Store gift card from one of my friends for my birthday (he thought I can use it to pay a month of a subscription), I asked for some sort of refund or something - the answer was NO, all purchases are final.Okay, I decided to get some stuff from the store to at least make a use of the gift card. I had a 30€ gift card, could only buy one notebook and a few pins since the shipping alone was 10€.Their terms of sales specifically states, that wherever you order from, you will not pay any customs."Depending on your location, your Order will be shipped from the United Kingdom, Ireland, or the United States. You will not need to pay customs on your Orders.European Union: Orders from customers in the European Union will be shipped from Ireland."Well I just got an email from the Customs service, that I need to pay 12€ for customs on one poor notebook and a few pins for my backpack.Terrible service, get your act together please.

Support site is abysmal. Why there isn't a simple option to create a support case is beyond me. I went round in circles a few times before their system failed and offered me a switch to their support community.I want HP to sort out the problem with their bloody printer, which is under warranty for another two days. Perhaps they're waiting until the warranty expires?

my monitor worked fine 3 hours ago. I unplugged it moved a few things around and now the buttons on it won't work. they light up but none of them are responsive. I didn't do anything but move it 4 inches and unplug it. I understand my warranty was up a year ago but how is my best troubleshooting option to send it in for repair wait pro weeks and pay more than I would for a new monitor. I will NOT be buying another Asus product again after this and will urge all my friends and stream to never use Asus after this. its ridiculous.
