Support site is abysmal

Support site is abysmal. Why there isn't a simple option to create a support case is beyond me. I went round in circles a few times before their system failed and offered me a switch to their support community.I want HP to sort out the problem with their bloody printer, which is under warranty for another two days. Perhaps they're waiting until the warranty expires?
