Review of animoto
We have been using Animoto for YEARS -- almost since its creation. When it first came out, there was nothing else like it on the market and it blew our socks off. Now that we're not so easily wowed by technology, we still appreciate the effort that the Animoto people put into updating the service and adding new features. We use it to showcase portraits, as title sequences for video, and for promotions. Great tool!!

Made an order 2 weeks ago, never received it. Customer service non existent, chat not working, generic mail response after 7 days. How a company this big can have this type of relationship with its customers is beyond me. I will take leagal actions.
Review of intuit
I am thoroughly satisfied with the support I received. The representative was knowledgeable, patient, and addressed all my concerns effectively. She guided me through the process step-by-step, ensuring I understood everything clearly. The overall experience was smooth and efficient, and I feel confident using QuickBooks thanks to her help. Highly recommend their customer service

An example of AI crash and burn. I am a long term customer and fan. Until recently when they decided to use AI and multiple web crawlers to return something like 50,000+ results for what used to be an effective search of artist-created products. I now occasionally find something useful, with a 30-minute search. But, for the most part I've given up.

Review of songkick
It's very easy to browse and select shows. Even easier to pay (as it is with all sites!). However Songkick's customer service actually works as well, as my query about late tickets was resolved within an hour.Top marks from me, and I'm usually a real grumpy so-and-so :)
Review of shutterstock
We attempted to cancel our Shutterstock subscription, however, the cancellation did not process successfully. When we contacted customer support, we were informed that we would be required to pay an exit fee or resubscribe for another year.

Recently been on holiday in Cornwall. Was conned out of money in one of the car parks. The tariff said one amount but the machine had a minimum charge. Complained to National Trust and it’s taken nearly 10 days for a response which wasn’t worth reading. No offer to refund me (I know it’s only a few quid but it’s the principle as false advertising is illegal). Their car parks in Cornwall are mainly overpriced considering most aren’t even a proper car park, just a square of mud and gravel. It’s all about making money, stuff the customer!Oh, I forget. If you need the toilet, tough. We found no No toilets open despite all others open...
Review of lyft
I wish i would have read the horrible reviews of Lyft before going ahead and using them.My partner and I got a ride to the airport. We had t shirts and sweats on and no drinks or food. The driver took our bags and put them in the back. We were both tired so we slept the whole way to the airport. The driver gave us our bags and I checked the back to see if we left anything. Everything looked normal. 10 minutes later I get an $80usd “damage” charge. The photos had liquid on the middle seat. The liquid 100% did not come from us as we had nothing on us. We felt our bags, our cloths and nothing was wet. We also didn’t see the liquid when we checked back in to see if we grabbed everything. The customer service was not helpful in the slightest and took the drivers side right off the bat and refused to show me any proof. Maybe i should get a job for lyft and make damage claims whenever I please since you do not need proof. Lyft is as scam

Review of facebook
In october 2024, my Facebook business page was hacked, and the consequences were devastating. This incident not only affected my business presence on Facebook but also led to the complete erasure of my personal Facebook account. Over 15 years of memories, connections, and cherished interactions were wiped away in an instant. The most heartbreaking loss was the messages I had exchanged with loved ones who have since passed away. These messages were irreplaceable pieces of my personal history and held immense sentimental value. The thought that these treasured conversations are now gone forever is profoundly upsetting. After the hack, Facebook informed me that I had six months to appeal the decision and attempt to recover my account. I took immediate action and regularly submitted appeal requests to three different Facebook email addresses provided for such issues. Despite my persistent efforts, I never received a response from any of them. My appeals seemed to fall into a void, leaving me feeling helpless and ignored. This experience has not only caused emotional distress but has also highlighted the lack of effective support for users in situations like mine. Losing access to years of personal and professional content, with no avenue for resolution, has been a deeply frustrating and disheartening ordeal.
Review of bbb
Complete waste of time and resources. I wrote a review a week and a half ago still not showing on business page. They only thing the BBB does is send your complaint to the business and pass back and fourth replies. They always takes the business’s side. No issue is ever resolved especially in the consumers favor. Do away with the BBB!
