I was given a discount code and the checkout page didn't accept it. I requested a live chat and it said that there was no one available and that it would take 2-3 business days to respond. I placed the order because I have other things to do and can't wait 2-3 business days. I tried to write email on the webpage under "Contact" and it said that it accepted only U.S. and Canada residents. I'm in the U.S. and there wasn't any space provided to type in a message. I would like the discount applied on the order already placed. Thanks! Sonita.

Signed up and immediately got an excessive amount of email spam from them with Housekeepers "reaching out" and "new Housekeeping Candidates" for the next 3 days.Not sure how many of those are real or if they run bots - it was very annoying either way. In the account settings there is no option to disable these emails!Also, the website constantly begs for you to buy premium.Overall, care.com had a very shady impression on me and I would try to avoid this provider if possible.

Worst company to do business with, every attempt to solve an issue lands in the lap of an incompetent, poorly spoken second rate customer service person in India. Google's platform is broken, very bug and a complete mess. The only reason this company makes so much money is due to the fact this particular business domain is sadly a giant monopoly. Lets hope something changes in the near future and we can advertise elsewhere.

I got no help when I ordered a hotel in the "centrum" of amsterdam... I needed to book a hotel quick so I just saw the deskription where it said in central.. so I thought YES im going to book that. When I arrived at the hotel they said it was more than 1 hour walk to the central and 15 minutes in the metro... the only reson i booked the hotel. They wouldnt return my money even when the description said in central.... I was so sad and dissapointed. Im never going to book from hotels.com again

They deactivate good workers when they wait long waits for customers food or go i always went above and beyond and gets deactivated . When you have not so good dashers out I always kept in touch with dash support when I’d have to wait long for food and kept in touch with customers I would get yelled at treated bad by restaurants and yall deactivated me for no reason I’m very disappointed

Put my credentials on a Yahoo post, ya sent for review and then never posted it. Had no foul language or derogatory remarks. Was counter to what left-leaning people were saying online and to what yahoo is trying to spread online. yahoo also pulled the article off immediately - About vaxed children.
