I didn't got any email that they asked (2 factor authentication bybcode send by email) for extra security in my inbox at rubenatsoulpathdotbe. So I couldn't enter my account anymore. The helpdesk of Active Campaign I couldn't reach because you had to login in your account to ask the helpdesk's advice. I'll tried other ways. Nothing worked, no help came. Finally I had my marketing and funnel freelancer payed for an amoint of 178€ only to get in my active campaign (because she had also a username and acces to my account) where I allready payed 1500€ for. I couldn't reach my customers. I couldn't send emails and it was arround Christmas. It dured for more than 3 weeks. We lost so much money and potential sales. Even no apologize. And if I asked to pay the freelancer back. I was ignored by Active Campaign. No real life or life support...I will be happy to get out here as soon as possible. It's just to expensive for having no helpdesk that at the end don't help you. Still to day I can't acces my account so the freelancer made a new user wirh new email for me.The point is my website, facebook al funnels are connected it's a huge work to change everything and that they know. So you are kind of depended. Now Ibpay 600€ only to let everything running but I even can't send newsletters or emails than I have to upgrade my account and pay another 1000€.To let change everything is also allot of money we don't have extra's at the moment for that. I use now free newsletter server laposta to send my emails. It's not smooth business this kind of way.My account is soulpath.activehosted.com08/02 After this review. They respond below here and said we will look in this matter. Same thing... Nothing from them. Big fishes don't look for small fishes to swim in same ocean as an companion, only to eat them.

They use Fedex and again huge delay in what I ordered some label in Phoenix. Do they fix it nope. Was suppose to be here on the 13 th nope then today nope. FedEx is the worst and this surprise is ruined due to who they contest to ship stuff. FedEx takes there time customers don’t matter. Wayfair lost a customer due to FedEx. It sat in Phoenix due fedex not wayfair. FedEx screwed up delaying it to Sunday. It’s FEDEX not way fair

There are so many scammers in Mercari. I bought an expensive item and it was delivered to a different address. I opened a case with Mercari but they told me they couldn't help me because as far as they're concerned the transaction was completed because it was delivered albeit to a different address. They advised me to contact the seller which I did but the seller blocked me. I worked with the post office to recover the package. After several days they were able to track it and give it to me. When I opened the package it contained a totally different item. Mercari does not do a good job at verifying the sellers to make sure they are legit. It's a shame since there are good, honest people selling stuff in Mercari and they are impacted by those who want to scam you. Shame on you Mercari

Never buy off Mercari. They support scammers to take your money, not ship and will do nothing to help the consumer. I bought perfume on Dec 3. The seller sent a usps registered letter that they were changing shipper abd would be delayed. The seller used the tracking number under the guise they shipped the perfume. I sent picturesto Mercari and they did because they used the tracking number that they automaticallyclose the sale after 3 days and can not refund me the money. I will ever use this site and pursuing a law suit.

Shocking experience to say the least. Amazon has become a FRAUDULENT company. I never expected to see such a thing, but they charged me twice for an item even though I returned it the day after receiving it. They put one of the charges on a gift card without me accepting and they reversed the second charge to my credit card.It was an exasperating ordeal via emails, chats and phone and no one can even tell me why I was charged twice and some reps only saw one charge. I was pulling my hair out each time I interacted with their customer service as they all had the same generic responses. Not listening to my concerns or perhaps just pretending because they knew exactly what happened, and not caring about the fact that I suspected a technical glitch on their website with the return. If only it was a glitch, but it is apparently done on purpose to fool the customers.I am making an official complaint to the authorities about their sneaky practice. Looking at some internet comments, it looks like they have done this before to other customers.I think I'll just go back to finding what I need on different websites or shopping locally.
