Their stupid app that I WAS FORCED TO DOWNLOAD has corrupted software. Now, I have to sit through the 19g download again just to play the damn sims.

We stumbled upon Brevo by accident as we were using a system just for sending marketing emails. We discovered quickly that Brevo offered multiple different digital sales and marketing tools to enhance both our manual branded client engagement tasks, but also offered automation tools to aid our day to day sales efforts.Brevo has allowed us to move away from three other, separate systems and we now use Brevo for all our outbound sales and marketing endeavours. This has saved us a lot of time and money and has increased our output.The system is easy to use and the support is excellent and prompt.

Shockingly bad!!!!! I did not auto renew my account and they have taken money out of my bank account even though I do not use them anymore. I have sent several emails that are being ignored and will now be taking legal action. Do not use them.

Awful company that takes payment every single month over YEARS and claim they send an 'email' every year to make you aware your agreeing to renew! Looked EVERYWHERE in my email for these emails over the years and found none! And then they want to charge to cancel!!!! 01/08/2024 - and now you’re focusing on how you inform customers about the cancellation fee, as if that’s the issue here. Where are the emails you said you sent me about renewing my subscription? You didn’t send any notifications to let me know about the automatic renewal, so you just took my money. Don’t pretend you’re doing me a favour by canceling the subscription without a fee, because you’re not.Terrible company.

As a social media manager at a small local business, I signed up for a free trial as I thought it looked very professional. They are CON ARTISTS. Do not sign up for their free trials. I have had nearly £400 taken out of my account which they are refusing to refund.

Agoda are con artists stay away from them

Just want to warn everyone don't book with these guys they are con artists. I booked a hotel with them in January 2025. I decided to check with the hotel 14th February, directly to confirm the booking, the hotel said they had no such reservation. I have now contacted Agoda on 2 occasions and they just keep saying to me to wait 48hrs and it will be sorted out. They also told me I can't get a refund. I'm due to fly out on the 28th Feb and the hotel is not booked. Agoda have lied and decieved me as they haven't booked the hotel. It's been nearly 6 weeks since I made the booking via them and they have taken my money. They are just stalling and keeping hold of the money. Also they use a third party to book hotels. I am going to take further action to recover my money.Please everyone be very careful with Agoda as they are deceptive as they haven't even booked the room with the hotel.

Laptop isnt even 4 years yet and…

Laptop isnt even 4 years yet and opening and closing screen is loosening the plastic around it so much that im afraid it will snap/break if i close my laptop screen again. Have to leave it open now because its so fragile.Bought a mouse recently, ASUS Rog II core, which claims to have the possibility to swap switches in case you prefer, or in case the mouse starts double clicking. Guess what, no extra switch with my mouse. It turns out, all of the ROG mouse line allows you to change switch, but only 30% of the mouse models actually come with an extra switch. An omron switch, Japanese or Chinese, costs 1 EUR. If i order 4 switches online, the delivery itself will cost me more than the price for 4 switches. This is RIDICULOUS and EMBARASSING for ASUS as a company. Overall, Asus has been making terrible products, and terrible business decisions (at least for its consumers). Would not recommend anything from ASUS. Would give them 0 Stars if possible.

Impossible just trying to log into to…

Impossible just trying to log into to check enquiries when a staff member is away, trying to get into this system takes half a day. NOTHING works barely can understand the staff on the phone. Just another third party who takes your money whilst you do all the work. Like every other company it's like this is the only system or software you are using like there is nothing else. Support is poor and can't think outside their little boxes. No help. Switching off Vrbo don't need the stress.

Host here not being paid

Host here, we have both of our properties on Vrbo, one via agency and one directly listed by us - this one had recently first customer via VRBO (many more from AirBnB or BDC, even Agoda since we listed last year), who left us 5* review, but 2 weeks later - no money from VRBO, I reached out to customer service and they gave me some mumbo-jumbo about my listing using channel manager software, and that someone will get back to me. Never happened. I just wanted to know when the money will arrive in my account since the guests checked out 2 weeks ago with 5* review... Not that I don't mind waiting for money, I just want to KNOW when the payment will arrive. Utterly unprofessional. The app and owner's dashboard is FULL of bugs and coded very poorly.

Hopeless experience with Ikea purchase

Hopeless experience with Ikea purchase. Products are average, non-durable, assembly partners are unreliable. Too many hidden charges... not worth the price at all. The process for replacement of damaged products is so lengthy that buyer is most likely to give up, like I did. Even normal returns take ages to be processed. All this after taking the paid advanced planning service. Planning part was still ok.. but after sales services are worst. I got logged out of my account for unknown reasons... I am trying to log into my account... and no support on that. So now I cant place returns online. After spending almost 2.5 lac ... the least I expect is an assigned manager or one point contact. Every time you call on toll free number, a new executive is answering, so one has to repeat the whole story, then they say I will look into this and revert.. and they never call back. This is not what I expected from a multinational company like IKEA. Wish I had not dealt with them.

I spent 3 hours trying to stream on my TV and none of the videos worked. They would try and load and NOTHING would show up. All I get is some crazy circle showing me it's trying to load but nothing ever shows up. I use HULU, YouTube, etc. on the same TV so I know its not my connection. What a joke a streaming service where nothing streams. Worse streaming service.
