Deleting customer accounts without warning or explanation as to why. I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for the past 10 years and have always had a premier account. When their new fair use policy came in, I made sure to keep the minimum spend (or on the rare occasion I did not, paid the delivery fee).The quality of some of the ASOS clothes is quite poor or the fit looks entirely different on a short, curvy person than the 6ft tall size 6 model in the photo and so returns are inevitable. I never had any issue with paying for these / sticking to the rules. On occasion orders were never delivered but I was charged for them, or items I returned were not refunded.However, it now appears I am being penalised for issues outside of my control and my account has been closed without explanation and when I tried to query as to what my breach had actually been, I was given no information and simply referred back to the email and then the chat was closed.It is a shame it has come to this. ASOS was great given the ease of returns - at least there are plenty of other online retailers who value their customers!

Bought a linen shirt (online) size Large. Collected from store, no problem. When I got home I tried it on…. It’s been made for tall giants! Arms are weirdly really long. So I jumped on line to start a return to find I cannot return back to store (probably a Covid thing) I’ve paid to return this item that doesn’t fit. In today’s eco friendly world this seems hopeless! I live close to the store but cannot walk to drop it off apparently.

Bought 2 pairs of socks and they ripped in the first and second wear. They must have changed supplier, the previous ones lasted for years. Tried to return them but Uniqlo accepted no fault and refused to return. Just really sad, I’ve bought hundreds of pounds worth of products in the past but I won’t buy again

Ich bin zufrieden, auch mit dem Online-Angebot. Tagesspiegel war für mich im alten Westberlin eine der wenigen lesbaren Zeitungen. Und heute ist das ähnlich. Zwar gibt es viel Konkurrenz, vor allem durch die Online-Zeitungen. Aber den Tagesspiegel, vor allem auch mit den regionalen Informationen zu den einzelnen Bezirken, lese ich nach wie vor gern. Ich kann diese seltsamen negativen Bewertungen und deren zum Teil absurde Kritik hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das scheint alles aus einer Feder zu stammen. Schade, aber diesen Diffamierungen ist man im Internet leider ausgesetzt, wo jeder anonym eine Bewertung abgeben kann.

I was told it could take 2–3 business days to review (not including the weekend), leaving me stranded with no access to my own earnings.This is completely unacceptable. There was no warning, no call — just a freeze that disrupts everything. I’ve been a loyal user, and this feels like a betrayal of that trust. Square needs to seriously reconsider how they treat real small businesses.If you depend on cash flow to operate, be cautious — this could happen to you with no notice.

Should be “0” stars. Almost impossible to reach anyone there by telephone. Takes multiple in person visits to get simple answers. I think this is intentional: they don’t want to deal with the taxpayers. They exist solely to collect lucre for the government!

This app is purely designed to take your money. They give you “hints” about your family, but you need to pay to see anything. I did this to see where I came from and if I had relatives still in Europe or other states, but I don’t want to pay for a subscription to see them. I already paid for the kit. I’m frustrated I chose Ancestry DNA and not another company.

Love Temu, great pricing , you have to be savvy and read the description of everything.I only buy cotton or linen clothing .Never Polyester.Put it all in the cart and it will come down in price.Never play the gambling game as it sucks in the dummies..If you don’t like the item you receive you get your money back.You do NOT have to send it back-go to customer service and say can’t send it back.You then get a refund..Have never had a problem with Temu. And I bet nobody uses price adjustment!!! Just tap on it and you get a lower price if it comes cheaper…..Everyone I know is buying from this site .Just need to use your brains.
