Horrific experience!This is a scam website. I signed up for a 30 day 1 month email subscription. 2nd month on they are still charging me from a card I didnt authorise (its not saved anywhere in the system) and I gave no authority to charge it months later. I paid for 1 month only and thats all. When I contacted support and spoke to Katherine and Joe, they both lied and said I should have cancelled my subscription! When you go on Klaviyo site, there is nowhere to cancel a subscription and downgrade the plan. They purposely don't give you that option so they can charge your card month to month and there is no way to put a stop to it. They simply tell you to cancel a plan that doesnt exist, you can only close your account not downgrade to free plan (they dont want you to do that as they wouldn't be able to charge you then) When requesting a refund the answer was no. This company is a scam and fraudulent. If you want a professional and transparent service - dont look at Klaviyo. I am now filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back and then filing a court case to bring them to justice and stop them for scamming any more small businesses.

Terrible Customer service, the only way to contact them is on their website chat or Whatsapp, both take a considerably long time which adds to frustration. I purchased a dress online and it was too small, so I immediately folded it neatly and put it back in it's tissue paper wrapping. I received an email a few days later to say they are refunding my shipping, but what about my dress I thought? Eventually someone on chat said they will be refunding the cost of the dress. That evening I received a very patronising email telling me that the product was not returned in a satisfactory condition, however only on this occasion would they refund, and next time I must do my best to return it in the same condition. How insulting, all I had done was try the dress on and repack it, surely that's to be expected! Anyway don't worry Zara I will never buy from you again.

Wells Fargo enables criminals and CANNOT be trusted. In March 2020 two men came into my home and stole two unsigned, undated checks. I called Wells Fargo to cancel the checks, and they permitted the checks to get cashed. The criminals FORGED signatures and dates on the checks; after review, Wells Fargo then said that it stands by its decision because the checks were signed -- how does that make sense when the signatures were forged and clearly are different than the signatures supposedly retained on file?! The brilliant Wells Fargo rep who reviewed the case said that she wasn't aware that a request was input to cancel the checks -- so this shameless company fails to provide due diligence to protect its customers. This response took literally months to receive, yet they didn't even review the most basic elements of the case. Initially I was given an agent who never returned calls, only for me to later learn that Wells Fargo assigned the case to the wrong department. This company defines incompetence and borderline negligence in handling its customers finances. Meanwhile the police constitute this case as fraud and theft, but the folks of Wells Fargo permit this behavior. Wells Fargo is despicable, and I wouldn't trust it to keep a cactus alive, let alone protect my future finances.Customers should remove their money from this bank to keep it safe. It ha a history of screwing over people that runs so deep its taught at Harvard Law teaches about its infamous 2016 scandal of fake customer accounts, to present day cases of discrimination, and hitting its loyal customers with some of the highest banking fees out there. Opera's strength is the interface. As the only browser in the test, it integrates Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, VK and WhatsApp by default. The Easy Setup menu gives the user quick access to the most important browser options, so most of the time they don't have to go through the settingsThere is also a cryptocurrency wallet and IPFS support. The ad and tracking blocker worked well in our test, but the feature should be on by default.If Vivaldi weren't in my test field, Opera would have an easy time with the comfort functions. The way we've weighted features, Vivaldi takes the win and Opera falls short of the podium, as does the speed benchmarks and security features. If you don't care about configurable keyboard shortcuts or nifty browser tab-arranging features, you can mentally place Opera before Vivaldi.

Let me start off by saying this, Macys has very high prices for their merchandise. So you would think the way they treat their customers would be amazing but the customer service over the phone atleast is horrible. Cold call, misinformation, No explanation and issue's still not resolved. It's time we start putting our money into places that values their customers. I will never shop with them again for the DISCRIMINATION and mishandling.
