As every year, AT&T's chaos on the day Apple opens preorders for the new iPhone was unbelievable, and this year was the worst of all. After dealing with the constant issues on their website and thinking I had finally placed my order, it was canceled. I tried a few more times, and each attempt ended the same way. I finally spoke with a customer service agent, but after two hours of conversation, even he couldn’t figure out what the problem was.It’s frustrating and disappointing. After 14 years with AT&T, I’ve decided to look for another provider. The service quality has dropped too much, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers or providing decent service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You only have to read through a handful of reviews to see how bad they actually are. Purchased a new laptop for work. Thought I’d also make the most of the Black Friday sales. Laptop never arrived and I’ve been told I can’t re-order a new one or have a refund for two weeks just incase it arrives. By then the sale will be over and I’ll have to pay the original price which I sure as hell won’t be doing through Amazon. Complete DOGS**T

Several days have passed, order is still processing. Customer service act defensive. Found the product on Amazon on their Lego store for £8 cheaper and next day delivery. When I told Lego this, they insisted it wasn't them on Amazon (it is) and that it is worth spending the extra £8 because of what Lego.com offers (which is bugger all). Last ever order from Lego.com, such a shame as their product is amazing.

I have had a very frustrating experience with Shutterstock. They have been persistently harassing me for six months over a contract they initiated, which I did not actively agree to or utilize. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have been continuously bombarded with emails from their team. This aggressive and relentless communication is highly unprofessional and distressing.

For us, Jotform is the best and most convenient way to pull feedback from our employees and to collect information from our applicants.Since I started using it, my experience and satisfaction have only increased.I use it for work and also recommend it to many of my friends, working in different fields.Most of them were impresses by the capabilities of the platform.They just couldn't imagine that a form platform could some such complex needs.I would love to see payment processing tools that work in Chile (like mercadopago). That has been stopping to take the next big step.Besides that, it has just been a joyful journey.Thanks a lot for your support!

I am a new user of JotForm and really appreciate the numerous features and options for designing surveys and forms. I am not extremely adept at using programs like this, but JotForm is very intuitive and within a couple of hours I had designed a professional survey for our clients. After sending out the link, I was even further impressed with the options for reporting and data representation as the completed surveys were returning. Clients who have interacted with the form on the user side have also commented on how professional the form looks, and how easy it is to complete. This is my first JotForm experience, but it will not be my last.

They won't allowed you to post bad review.I received a lotion with the end of the edge cut, the was leaking from the cut edge. The seller should have noticed this but still sent it to me. I have to travel to another village to send the item back, so I won't buy from Amazon again. Going to another village costs me more than the product.
