Several days have passed, order is still processing. Customer service act defensive. Found the product on Amazon on their Lego store for £8 cheaper and next day delivery. When I told Lego this, they insisted it wasn't them on Amazon (it is) and that it is worth spending the extra £8 because of what Lego.com offers (which is bugger all). Last ever order from Lego.com, such a shame as their product is amazing.
