Came here specifically to warn others…

Came here specifically to warn others to stay away. Passwords are impossible to reset, retrieve, or use. I haven’t been able to access my course for 4 months. NO way to reach a human being to unlock things. Super frustrated, and will not ever take another course hosted by Teachable. Have notified course instructors as well.

Awful “Customer Service”....

It is nearly impossible to speak to someone and ask questions about your site. Yes, I have checked the FAQ page for my problems and I have checked forums but I should be able to chat with someone since they supposedly offer “24/7 customer service”. This is really going to make me consider ever working with them again. They send you in circles on their website to try to find answers and “provide assistance”. Would not recommend.

Would give it zero stars if possible

Would give it zero stars if possible. Tricks you into a free week trial -- after, charges for a full year and won't do any kind of refund. You can "cancel" so you don't get charged again the following year but are stuck with a big full year subscription bill for nothing (site not useful to me). BEWARE!!

I have been a client for about 8 years. Man have they changed the culture. All you need to know is that their customer service shows a human and you get, drum roll, a chat bot with no option of human contact. Even when you log in as an existing customer, the login is off to the side, the buy now button in the middle. Welcome to the new "Quickbooks"

Created an account at themeforest and bought a Wordpress theme. Instantly my account was locked after purchasing a theme. Once I reached out to the support I received the following answer. Unbelievable they don't even point out any reason for me being locked out. Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. You place and order 4 hours ahead of time and try to change it but you can’t. Then you try to cancel it and go through an inquisition only fir the automated bot to ask you if you would like to speak to a team member because it’s overwhelmed. So you are asked the same number of questions you just spent 5 minutes answering again. Then you speak to an actual representative for 5 minutes and get disconnected. So naturally now the bit starts all over again with the inquisition you wasted 10-15 minutes on previously. End result 45 mins later and no order change or order canceled. Better off saving yourself the stress and going somewhere else.

I ordered the all in one plan

I ordered the all in one plan. Have had 2 printers delivered and still haven't printed one sheet. Now waiting for 2 labels to return the printers. The customer service rep actually cancelled my subscription because I was so upset. I've never had a representative cancel something because they were being spiteful, and then HP support couldn't figure out who actually cancelled it. Just another terrible customer service experience with a corp who I just needed to treat me like a human being. 2 1/2 weeks of my life and 5 hours on the phone. just run! don't print anything we don't really have to anymore!

Worst customer service & ALWAYS mess your order up!

I didn't recieve an item in my latest order. And being completely honest, Uber Eats mess my order up every single time without fail. They refused to give me a refund for the missing item. I will NEVER be using Uber Eats ever again, and I am deleting both Uber Eats and Uber. To make matters worse, their customser service is the WORST in the world. It's completelty automated with automated replies saying "Our system provided this response based on your issue" and it doesn't let you speak or escalate things to a real person. They are thieves as a company and I recommend you don't go anywhere near Uber Eats!!! They are a con and scam!

There is no responsibility, just kind answer without real help

I have the issue on my online store with Check out (Customers data leakage) and Wishlist (different products appear or it is empty even if the off-canvas shows the product). I checked everything and found out that the problem appears just when Elementor is on. I contacted the support, but they told me that they cannot help me with that. Some time ago there was similar problem with My Account and Elementor support didn't help me at all and told to contact other plugin's authors. Very disappointing, especially i have payed for support and haven't got any help.

I bought Airwick |diffusers from one of their sellers, was not happy contacted the seller got a authorisation to send they back, till now that seller has not refunded my money, so both e-bay and the seller have conned me, e-bay customer service is non existant BE AWARE AVOID USING EBAY IF YOU CAN OR ELSE YOU WILL BE CONNED LIKE I WAS.

AMAZON Spain and ASM courier

They look like they are joking with the customers. Exhausted... they Chose a courier ASM in Portugal GLS to deliver the order. Never was delivered , I asked amazon to cancell the order and give me the refund. They keep saying yes was cancelled as you didn't received it ad the refund shall be with you in the next 24 or 48 hours. Until now and after more than 2 weeks of the order, I didn't get the cancellation confirmation or any refund from.the Amazon, and the ASM kept the order in their storage. Careful if you will order something through amazon Spain to Portugal. They really don't care about anything.
