Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. You place and order 4 hours ahead of time and try to change it but you can’t. Then you try to cancel it and go through an inquisition only fir the automated bot to ask you if you would like to speak to a team member because it’s overwhelmed. So you are asked the same number of questions you just spent 5 minutes answering again. Then you speak to an actual representative for 5 minutes and get disconnected. So naturally now the bit starts all over again with the inquisition you wasted 10-15 minutes on previously. End result 45 mins later and no order change or order canceled. Better off saving yourself the stress and going somewhere else.
