I ordered the all in one plan. Have had 2 printers delivered and still haven't printed one sheet. Now waiting for 2 labels to return the printers. The customer service rep actually cancelled my subscription because I was so upset. I've never had a representative cancel something because they were being spiteful, and then HP support couldn't figure out who actually cancelled it. Just another terrible customer service experience with a corp who I just needed to treat me like a human being. 2 1/2 weeks of my life and 5 hours on the phone. just run! don't print anything we don't really have to anymore!
