Was enticed to enroll in rewards program with promise of $200 credit on my gift card - never got the $200 credit. Flight out of Burbank left on time, but flight out of Dallas to Orlando was delayed over 12 hours. In the past, such a delay resulted in free tickets for later use. Didn't even get a free cocktail. Seats are designed for a child, no leg room, and if you try to recline, you get about 2 inches.

I have been such a long customer for Namecheap, since 2019 and never encountered such major issues, and when i did have some issues the support team was always kind and helpful and resorted my issues right on the spot.HOWEVER, this has not been the case lately, i have been sitting talking to customer support for over 2 DAYS!!! back and forth, every time i talk to someone they tell me "the issue is resolved and everything should be working fine", guess what? its not.i talk to another agent, they say "it wont be immediate changes please allow a couple more hours" Another agent tells me "allow up to 24 hours"This has never happened before? if i make changes to a LIVE website, i expect it to happen, right away immediately? no of course not, but not this much of a delay and wasting my time on a short deadline. Then they tell me its cache? oh thanks i didn't know how to clear cache and thanks for lying and telling me you read the chats to see the issue cause i clearly stated i cleared the cache, then you tell me to do the same thing? how will i do the same thing if i even tried using a whole freshly installed browser on another computer, what cache? I just wish the customer support could be honest and just straight up tell me they don't know what the f they doing so i can just take my business elsewhere and we can stop wasting everyone's time.

Logitech did a big firmware/Ghub push out early in November. This patch caused microphones to stop functioning with no workaround, and many other problems with other devices causing them to be non functional. It has now been several weeks with no official response about the issue, and no fix provided aside from standard copy pasta "turn it off and then on again" suggestions. I will no longer be recommending this companies products to my friends.

This company is borderline criminal. Mind you i give them hundreds of euro every month and when you will have an problem (and you will) their support will ABSOLUTELY treat you like trash. Luckly now many competitors are arriving and can't wait to replace this piece of garbage.

Cloudflare is a garbage company. They are the #1 tool used by spammers and scammers to hide the identity of their websites by hiding behind Cloudflare services. Cloudflare REFUSES to terminate the accounts and services of these spammers and at best 'forward the complaint to the host' which does no good because the very same spammer and the very same websites are right back the next day and again protected by Cloudflare. People should really stop doing business with them until they change that policy. If their services are being abused then it is their job to terminate the abusive users which ends their abuse and leaves their identity and their host companies exposed to report and remove. But Cloudflare REFUSES to do something so simple.Maybe someone from Cloudflare should contact me and I can help them get rid of at least one every single day of the year scammer operating and using their services to protect their scams and phishing operations because without your protection they would be left a sitting duck. Sad your company doens't do it's job. It's seriously past time you people get called out for this crap. I now add every single IP (yours due to the protection) to every single spam and abuse database I can find so it's YOUR ip's going in these bad lists instead of the idiot you are so intent on protecting. And I'll keep doing it.Update: as usual CF issued the copy/paste generic response instead of addressing the real problem. They are not the website content - they are the tool being abused to shield those websites from being easily reported and shut down. One would see if the same accounts - required for use of their services - were simply dumped by CF if repeated abuse or credible reports of scams and phishing. They have an account with you. Cut it off. I am a sysadmin and trust me it’s not at all hard to flag accounts getting repeat reports. Too many you lose service. You are the tool being abused. Why?
