Had signed up because it was a bit cheaper than Shutterstock and was going to continue after the 15 pictures as I always need good imagery. A quick way to lose a customer before I even got started. Zoom FORCES customers to buy additional licenses that may never be used. I wanted to purchase a license for Business plan (annual) - I mean, I need only 1 license and the tools I need is in the business plan, then why the hell should pay for 10 licenses when I will never use or need them. Their customer service is also pathetic, sales team does not attend to purchase queries. Wish I could give a negative 5 star...

Utterly foul, disgusting organisation. No working Office version of Excel for over two years, it's impacted my time and (without wishing to jump any bandwagon), my mental health. They even told the rep who was replying to stop communicating to us! An example of the kind of profiteering filth that's destroying the world, basically.

Nuked and closed my account for supposed ToS violations despite not being the case. No ability to appeal or retrieve my files before the account was closed. To me it looks like the upcoming ToS changes on 25th November would have caused violations but in this case I feel Mega should have provided adequate time to retrieve my files and comply before issuing any enforcement action on my account. Let it be a lesson to anyone considering using Mega as a cloud backup for their personal files. They can and will suspend and delete your files based on ToS not yet in effect. Years of work gone. Mega is not the friend of Data preservationists.UPDATE: Despite the reply from Mega.NZThey did not respond to my emails.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE FI HAS BEEN THE WORST THING THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO GO THROUGH, JOINED FI ON SEP 22 ON THE 23 I CALLED AND THEY COULD NOT GET ME A #, THEY REDID THE PROCESS AND TOLD ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 HOURS, I WAITED TILSEP 26 STILL NO SERVICE SO I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS SHUFFLED AROUND FOR 30 MINUTES THAEN ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR WAITED ON PHONE AGAIN FOR 40 TO 45 MIN. HE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE ATLEAST 48 TO 72 HOURS FOR THEM TO GIVE ME A # THATS A TOTAL OF SEVEN DAYS JUST TO ACTIVATE PLUS 3 CALLS AND HOURS ON PHONE. SUPERVISOR HELPED ME CANCELL SERVICE AND I ASKED HIM FOR EMAIL TO MAKE COMPLAINT AND HE HUNG UP PHONE. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND EXPERIANCE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!

I'm a client of Vodafone. I use internet, but now I owe 743 EUR for a sim card I never used and never assigned for. One day I just received an unwanted sim card for a 2 years contract. Because I never asked for it, I just put away this sim and forgot. 3 month later I received a letter, saying, that I had to pay for "Schadenersatz" - whatever it is. I spent one week trying to call all possible Vodafone hotlines. I can't login to MeinVodafone. I wrote to all Vodafone emails - I've been forwarded to online bot "Tobi". Well, thank you for help, Tobi. Went to the shop, they also couldn't explain anything. JUST GIVE US MONEY. For what - nobody can tell. Now it's forwarded to Inkasso-Auftrag. Please don't deal with Vodafone unless you have Rechtsschutzversicherung and have nothing to do in the evenings.

Terrible support for known issues with their products (G305 mouse that double clicks) and they make it incredibly difficult to claim a replacement/refund with all the specifics they request (video submission of issue with case #, product serial number etc).Support requests 48 hours to respond, yet weeks later have still not heard back.All round a horrible experience for such a large company. You would think they would know better
