743 EUR for an unused and unwanted sim card and broken communication with clients

I'm a client of Vodafone. I use internet, but now I owe 743 EUR for a sim card I never used and never assigned for. One day I just received an unwanted sim card for a 2 years contract. Because I never asked for it, I just put away this sim and forgot. 3 month later I received a letter, saying, that I had to pay for "Schadenersatz" - whatever it is. I spent one week trying to call all possible Vodafone hotlines. I can't login to MeinVodafone. I wrote to all Vodafone emails - I've been forwarded to online bot "Tobi". Well, thank you for help, Tobi. Went to the shop, they also couldn't explain anything. JUST GIVE US MONEY. For what - nobody can tell. Now it's forwarded to Inkasso-Auftrag. Please don't deal with Vodafone unless you have Rechtsschutzversicherung and have nothing to do in the evenings.
