Bean to cup Coffee Machine

I bought a bean to cup Coffee Machine. Next day delivery. Did not arrive. It was rescheduled for the following day. Parcel arrived. Contained a Tassimo machine. Finally got through to a human. Offered refund. All good. Waiting on them to arrange return pick up. Oh no. I have to go to the Post Office with a bar code. It will take 2 weeks for refund to be approved. Another week to get the money. As a pensioner I can't just go out and buy another machine. So no coffee machine for me for atleast 3 weeks. Thanks Anazon. My only fault was to deal with you in the first place. Should have looked on Trustpilot before I bought the machine. 58% 1Star rating. Guess who wont be dealing with you again. Since my last review I have been told it will take upto 60 days before my refund is issued.Unbelievable.

helpful assistance with what is a difficult experience. Your use of words such as "accounts" and "categories" is inter changeable which makes life very confusing. And we had to refresh the system two times. How can that be reassuring to a new user ? This is a really diffult challenge.

Honestly there are just too many questions that I pose to check for which the answers don't exist without having to ask an expert. And there are other services on the internet that are providing the correct quality answers more often than your service. I will evaluate over this month and if this trend continues we'll discontinue the service

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tried to buy this product following excellent recommendations. Was ready to pay when the website rejected my landline phone number - I am a cave person and do not use/need a mobile phone except for websites!Used online chat and after the same questions repeatedly I was transferred to someone else who promptly closed the call - Jordan F: Hello, ... The agent has ended the call. What impressive customer service. I tried phoning - hard to find a number and when you think you have fought your way through to a call back it is online chat! Yet another call handler who cannot read and treats you like a insignificant idiot.I am a potential new customer who was treated appallingly. I can't imagine the brush offs if you are a customer in need of support.I couldn't buy this product for which I suppose I am very grateful - thank you for your poor customer service you have sent me to other providers.

I am deeply disappointed with Samsung’s…

I am deeply disappointed with Samsung’s repair services regarding my 83-inch S90C TV, purchased on March 18, 2024, through the Military Offers Program.Chronology of Issues: • October 2024: After installing One UI firmware update 2020, Wi-Fi stopped working on my home network but still worked via mobile hotspot. • First Repair (Oct 2024): Two technicians replaced the TV’s computer module, temporarily restoring Wi-Fi. • Issue Returned: After another forced update, Wi-Fi failed again under identical circumstances. • Ongoing Repair Failures (Dec 2024 - Feb 2025): Multiple repair appointments were canceled without explanation. When techs finally arrived, they only performed a factory reset, which failed to resolve the issue.I was initially told I needed two repairs for a replacement, only for another tech to claim three were required. Samsung has canceled appointments without notice, showing a clear lack of transparency and accountability.Personal Impact:As a disabled Army/Air Force veteran and IT engineer, this has caused financial stress (missed workdays) and discomfort due to frequent technician visits. I cannot afford another TV and relied on Samsung’s Military Offers Program—a decision I now regret.Additional Context:I recently purchased Samsung’s 49-inch Odyssey OLED G9 monitor, and Wi-Fi works fine, confirming this is an S90C-specific issue.I Urge Samsung To: 1. Acknowledge the Issue – Many customers have reported the same Wi-Fi failures after One UI updates, yet Samsung remains silent. 2. Provide a Permanent Fix – Replace the network interface card (NIC) or PCB in my TV to prevent future failures. 3. Improve Support Services – Stop cancelling repair visits without notice and provide clear, consistent information to customers.Warning to Fellow Veterans & Disabled Individuals:Beware of Samsung’s support. Their negligence has left me with a $5,000+ defective TV and no resolution. Veterans and disabled consumers deserve better.

Exciting performance with Apple M1 Silicon after the last update. Great product running currently the Win11 ARM preview and Ubuntu ARM - while VMware Fusion still is limping a bit behind in M1 support.

Review of lyft

Total fiasco

Cannot even get a quote without installing app...cannot install app and create account without adding a payment method. Removing said payment method from app very difficult and need to use a work around as it will not allow you to actually delete all payments methods without adding a new one. Took quite a bit of time to actually find out how to remove a payment option which was to remove a credit card from google wallet/pay in order to no longer have a payment method there...total fubar that it will not allow you to do this under normal conditions. Then find out how to actually delete the Lyft account and remove all information is another clusterf---. Cannot use Lyft through browser or website and must use app, then make it very difficult to remove app and payment, this is NOT the way to be transparent and do business. Very shady and poor business model. Never again.

Used to monitor new Wellness Program - very easy to use!

We were able to use the Silver plan to be able to implement our new Employee Wellness Program which required employees to submit proof of completing health tasks to earn time off. Jotform made it very easy for the employees to complete the submission and upload documents without having to create an account or log in like with other form websites. I highly recommend Jotform to other departments looking for a program such as this.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Domain.com used to provide fantastic service. However, now, you just get ignored and told someone will someday have a look at your issue. The whole website has been down for 24 hours. I have contacted Domain.com twice in that period and was just told you will have to wait until they can get to it. I'm really, really angry about this. How can you run a business, if you can't even have your storefront open. Really really unprofessional!

Review of asus

Just awful.

Do you feel like talking to multiple agents over a period of several days in order to be fed the same information over and over, which won't help you fix the problem you originally contacted them to try and resolve? If so, call Asus customer support. I bought a new Asus Zenfone Max Plus. It was supposed to come with a free 100GB storage update for Google Drive. I know this because when I use the Google Drive app, I am notified that I am eligible for this promotion. When trying to redeem this promotion, I get an error message saying that the voucher is invalid. Asus doesn't know why. They told me to contact Google customer support. Google customer support says that this promotion is run by Asus, meaning it is their responsibility to provide to appropriate resolution to my issue. Did Asus know what was wrong? No. Did I have to speak to several agents in order to try and resolve the issue? Yes. Did I eventually get the proper voucher to redeem this promotion? No. Did anyone ever explain to me why I couldn't redeem this promotion, despite it being advertised on my damn phone when using the Google Drive app? No. The last agent I spoke with basically gave me a link to a FAQ site for Asus, which described how to redeem the promotion. This of course did not work because it didn't resolve the underlying issue that the voucher was invalid. This was after speaking to 5 agents and being sent back and forth between Asus and Google customer support. The last Asus agent was essentially just giving me the most generic, unhelpful response, basically ignoring all the other information regarding the steps I had already taken to try and resolve my issue. Absolutely terrible. Why was I offered a promotion I couldn't redeem? Who is responsible for this? Who can explain to me how to resolve the problem and redeem the promotion? Not anyone at Asus, I know that much.
