Review of coinbase
Coinbase are great until you want to withdraw then there a technical reason. Help is impossible to get , they run you round in circles for hours on their own line chat . You cannot call them as they get to to go through all the phone choices then tell you to go to online help . And hang up .
Review of braintreepayments
FTC Complaint Pending. We've opened a ticket 6 days ago and a follow-up ticket for support. Absolutely zero response. Nothing. This is unacceptable. Our other company recently switched to another merchant and we will be following their lead. In the meantime, though, we will be submitting an FTC and State AG complaint against Braintree.

Jony Jordan - advertising washing machines etc on Facebook. I bought a washer dryer from him, giving my working washer and dryer in PX. He said that there would be a 1 month guarantee with it. The dryer part of the machine I bought from him stopped working, but they ignored my messages and stalled until the guarantee period was passed. Don't waste your money, these people are rip off merchants!

Review of mercari
I've been using Mercari for a couple of years now. Everything has been great ,now all of a sudden there's all these extra fees. Some adding up to over $10 per purchase buyer fee. The reason I've used Mercari is to get something that is not costing me an arm in a leg, that somebody didn't want anymore and is willing to sell for close to garage sale prices. Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore. Shipping is also kind of ridiculous on some things that I could just go by in the store for the same price. Don't like the new buyer charges. Will probably be looking somewhere else for my products.

Review of depop
SCAM, FRAUD, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Daughter sold item, buyer wore it, damaged it, returned it and claimed refund. Depop ignored my daughter’s emails and photographs depicting the damage and refunded the scammer. Not only that, they took money directly from my daughter’s bank account and put her into overdraft. They should be in court, but are completely unaccountable.
Review of asos
The seller delivered a damaged package – the shampoo and cream were broken and had leaked onto the clothes! I used the return procedure – once the seller received the item, they immediately closed my account and demanded that I return the items again. How can I return items that I’ve already sent back??? This is all very suspicious, and I’ve already informed my bank about this fraudulent transaction. ASOS customer service is avoiding giving answers and is lying. I will never, ever shop here again and strongly advise others to do the same!
Review of asos
I have used ASOS for many many many years. I’ve just recently been informed that my account is being closed due to my returns and no longer aligns with their current policy - which I have read. I have never been charged for my returns if it was over a certain amount which I wouldn’t have been upset about as fair enough HOWEVER they have not warned me that my return rate is high or more than average. I’ve always kept what fit and was good quality - I will admit I have returned a few things recently due to sizing and fabric quality as a lot of the items were see through, the sizing is not right - I can be one size one minute and the next it won’t fit which it shouldn’t be like this so had to order two sizes and return what doesn’t fit (due to go on holiday) in all honestly I’ve never made an order that I didn’t like - I did just was bad quality or the sizing was off which is a company problem. They’ll still let their influencers return their rubbish clothes though. As it states in their fair use policy - for the small number group of customers who consistently take actions that make providing them with free returns unsustainable, we deduct and retain £3.95 per returned parcel from their refund to help cover the cost of getting the items back to us — I have never been charged for my returns or “high” amount of returns - so why has this suddenly come out of the blue that my account is being closed?? It also gives you information on if you return a certain amount you’ll be charged if you’ve not kept enough AGAIN this has never happened. So why have this information on there if you’re not going to action this? Just a straight ban?? I contacted ASOS which you can only do by their live chat which I questioned why it’s been closed and haven’t been charged for returns or my “high” volume. This was a waste of time as they could only copy and paste the email I initially got lol, obviously aren’t capable of having a conversation. So I asked for a contact email or address for their complaints department - just got another snotty reply to read my email and their policy like I haven’t already done this. I have read somewhere that asos will no longer be running soon so this could be why. Maybe if they actually cared about their customers they would change their sizing and quality to avoid less returns or maybe even warm customers before completely closing their account and maybe start charging as stated above I wouldn’t be bothered however they would have to understand their quality is shocking and to make changes. Anyway no wonder more people are ordering Shein it all comes from there.Just avoid if you need a few outfit choices or fear something may not fit and need to order more than one size. If you usually order branded items just don’t waste your time and order directly through them as ASOS will be the only ones losing out on custom. 🫶🏻

I've had a deeply frustrating experience with Uniqlo's customer service. For months, I've been trying to redeem a gift card, only to receive a rotating series of excuses from support, with no real solutions. Every representative gives a different reason for the issue, but no one seems able or willing to fix it. To make matters worse, Uniqlo won’t accept a refund, so a friend of mine has essentially wasted money on this gift. I expect better from a major brand...
