The RTE Live Player is absolutely rubbish, my Internet is fibre connected, yet any live streamed sports constant buffering, servers not fit for purpose, programming is abysmal, repeats, or soaps from abroad, very little invested in homegrown entertainment. It's easy to see why the licence fee has seen such a vast drop in numbers paying, and why should they, when the hard working people of this country see their fee contributing to the purchase of 5k worth of flip flops.

You can improve by not trying to force people to renew, by constantly having your bs pop up saying we have viruses when we do not! I try to watch movies on Netflix, and I counted 34 times in a row your bs pops on the screen, you know basically you are freaking bullies really! Stop this!! if someone wants to renew with you for protection you ruin your chances by doing this, frankly it is annoying as hell! Bye

wow, that was an interesting excersise with mcafee tyhis afternoon, in the midst of doing end of year accounts, 3 alerts popped up on my screen sahying danger of a trojan horse and that my account had expired today, fearful to loose all my work, i pressed the button to renew for 29.99 for 1 device . with a bit of clarity i suddenly thought it night have been a scam, so quick call to amex, and then paypal , and also i checked my actual mcafee account and it doesnt expire til next january. something then catches my eye that on the mcafee account that this charge is actually on my account, immediately above where it tells me i already have cover til January 2024. , it was actually mcafee and not a scam, WHen i called them, the lady had no explaination as to why it happened, just very insistent that i should roll it over into next years subscription, absolutely not. i have received an email confirming the refund. But this is a scam by the very people that are supposed to be protecting us from scammers !!! exactly the same tactics, and fraudulent !

Customer care is a key with online shopping and the expectation from big player is always more.Warranty fulfilment is always a difficult topic and even more difficult with online shopping.There is a key difference between organisations when it come to warranty process: - Some organisation are trying to help you to get the most during your safe period.- Other organisation are just simply try to avoid agreeing and try always to blame the user and the usage in order to avoid fulfilling the warranty.Without going to the details my experience so far with bol.com is if it is going with happy flow it is going great when start raining it goes no where.

Their customer service is rude and they transfer constantly ask for email and order number after you’ve given it. Waste of time and rude @$#&. I’m not using them. Nobody apologizes. On top of sending leaky non working product, I now have to stand in line or go print their label for this @#$&&.

Bing search engine is as bad as any virus. It aggressively installs itself whenever I use any Microsoft software, to the point I delete everything I can and don't download any. I even deleted Edge which I also don't like to make sure I could get rid of Bing, and Edge somehow reinstalled itself. Screw Virus Man and his virus-laden software.

First of all for whatever reason even though I have an account with Amazon they've made it impossible to login. I was interested in writer Anne Stuart's series The House Of Rohan. All were in physical paper form except one The Wicked House Of Rohan which was only available in e-book format. I would have preferred the physical paper format. I tried to get through Google Play Books but couldn't. It wasn't available on Kobo or even Walmart etc. I then began to suspect something which was then confirmed that Amazon is a monopoly actively preventing other sellers from being able to sell the e-book version. This was later confirmed when I found out that the Federal TradeCommission along with 17 state Attorney's General filed an antitrust lawsuit against Amazon in 2023 for unethical practices of various sorts. Writers like Anne Stuart have beneficial relationship with Amazon at the expense of her core, and loyal readers. Even public libraries are suffering from being unable to get the books that they need. Amazon charges a fee to sell on their site which nothing less than extortion. If the FTC wins their case hopefully books such as The Wicked House Of Rohan and others not available now will be soon.
