There is no sense to your system. To be able to find a book generally requires the help of a staff member. Most books are not in order alphabetically or by author or the sections, such as history or religion, are divided into groups and who knows how that goes. The clerk did tell me that history is by decades. Whoever thought of this system does not have the customer in mind. Also, it would help if you posted a store map so we are not looking for a particular section. And the Arcadia Publishing books used to be easy to find a title when they faced forward in the special rack. Now the whole section is a mess.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Avoid this defecent company at all costs! Utter dejection! Purchased a brand new quest 2, which was faulty and returned for a refund, however the incompetent online “sales reps” if that’s what you want to call them? I prefer incompetent pieces of….. would not refund the store credit to my bank account - despite having a faulty headset which the fault occurred upon its first use. As mentioned in previous comments, these “pieces of……” have a way of turning a happy customer in to a very irate enemy!Do yourself a favour, spend your hard earnt money with. Company who give you customer services as well as a great piece of tech, I can assure you now this is not the company. You would get more customer services from my hot steamy morning fat feaces!Negative 100+ stars!

Duo was fantastic before the new version was implemented and I just loved using it daily because you could track your overall progress. The new format is a TOTAL disaster. I have totally lost motivation for it as you have to work along an endless chain to nowhere and is very difficult to compare progress versus friends etc. A classic example of overhauling something that did need changing. It was perfe t and now is a DISASTER!!!

I would get a zero if I could.So, I ordered a watch for my son's birthday, and even though it said in an email that it was delivered and left by the porch!! we never received it. We had 4 more items in the same order and all were delivered. I called the customer service on August 3rd and explained that I did not receive the Watch. I talked to Kim and she told me that there will be a refund credited to my account and I went to the local Macys and purchased another watch since they did not have the watch I really wanted in the store. She also said that I will be contacted regarding the refund which I did not. I called today and talked to Sam (Macy's customer service supervisor in Colombia- South America) and he told me that they did an investigation and they will not going to refund the amount. I asked Sam to provide contact information for the department and he replied that there is no phone number or email address!!!!I simply explained to him that how does this make sense that;- A department that has no phone number or contact information!- A person that has no name- Made a decision that a customer has to pay for the merchandise that never deliveredI demand a refund ASAP. I sent my expensive 17" P70 mobile workstation w/Xeon E-1505m in to Lenovo to replace a failing ethernet port. I just discovered months later they returned the machine with an I7-6700HQ, a lesser processor. When I asked support for an explanation why the switch, they just said send it back full stop. I requested to talk with a repair tech, or manager wanting to know if there might be a good reason for the switch like an out-of-production motherboard, etc. They said I can't talk to anyone in repair center, but I could return to depot repair in a box. I'm quite disturbed that I can't get any answers. Lenovo support Atlanta is like talking to a vending machine. For 20yrs I was a loyal Lenovo user. After this not anymore. I will never buy from them again. How hard is it have a 2 minute call from a manager? They have lost my trust by demonstating their precious process is more important than customer concerns. They've really gone downhill.

The action fitness experience is awesome! With the Coaches at Action Fitness I was able to achieve my goals. I lost 6 percent body fat in the 6 weeks challenge. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and they take interest in everybody's individual physical needs. The workouts change constantly so it's never boring. It's a very upbeat atmosphere, and they play great music. I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

I made the mistake of choosing this platform to keep my passwords safe and give me a cross device password solution.Little did I know I'd have to become a Software Engineer to use it. Poorly designed user interactions, even more horrifying is their customer support.At the end of 5 messages I still cannot use it, no one at this company has a clue about business or simplicity.
