I would get a zero if I could.So, I ordered a watch for my son's birthday, and even though it said in an email that it was delivered and left by the porch!! we never received it. We had 4 more items in the same order and all were delivered. I called the customer service on August 3rd and explained that I did not receive the Watch. I talked to Kim and she told me that there will be a refund credited to my account and I went to the local Macys and purchased another watch since they did not have the watch I really wanted in the store. She also said that I will be contacted regarding the refund which I did not. I called today and talked to Sam (Macy's customer service supervisor in Colombia- South America) and he told me that they did an investigation and they will not going to refund the amount. I asked Sam to provide contact information for the department and he replied that there is no phone number or email address!!!!I simply explained to him that how does this make sense that;- A department that has no phone number or contact information!- A person that has no name- Made a decision that a customer has to pay for the merchandise that never deliveredI demand a refund ASAP.
