Review of gopro
Auto renewal of subscription payment of £49.99 taken. When I cancelled no refund option available. GoPro are able to take payments but not able to refund payments, how convenient. No emails prior to payments taken to let me know what was going to take place. Certainly not good customer service. But at least at the end of the call they wished me a great day!

Where's my refund from 2022. You all sent 2 letters stating that on October 3th, that I would receive it in 3wks. Next I get a letter stating you all owe me interest. WHERE'S THE REFUND. IN 2 weeks, it will be a hold YEAR. Did it take a year for you all to get yours¿ I was to hear from you all in 30 days, those days came and went. WHAT THE PROBLEM!
Review of calendly
Calendly is easy to use, but it isn't compatible with Apple Calendar. If you can fix that, it would be a GREAT app. But it is forcing me to consider consolidating everything into Google Calendar, which has a Calendly-like booking capability. Frustrating. But if it's a cheaper solution, worth considering. Calendly, I don't want to break up with you. But I may have no choice if you stay incompatible with Apple Calendar.

Review of Zoom
I could not find a ZERO! to rate Zoom's pathetic customer service and product. I keep having issues with Zoom where it freezes, and I have to shut down my computer during meetings. I took all my computers to the computer tech and got them reset to factory settings because Zoom kept freezing. Come to find out, it freezes with the paid and free subscriptions. Called Zoom today, and they refuse to provide customer service unless you have a business account. I have a paid Zoom subscription and 4 other accounts, and all the accounts have the same problem. I have deleted the Zoom app, created new Zoom accounts, reformatted my computers, and bought a $159.00 subscription, and it is JUNK!!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!!
Review of zazzle
I recently ordered the Graduate 2025 Classic Photo Button from Zazzle for my granddaughter’s high school graduation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The website was incredibly easy to navigate, and I loved how simple it was to customize the button with her photo and graduation details. The design tools were user-friendly, letting me create a perfect keepsake without any hassle. What stood out most was how affordable the buttons were—great quality at a price that didn’t break the bank! I was also impressed with the fast shipping; my order arrived well before the graduation ceremony, giving me plenty of time to prepare. When the buttons arrived, they looked even better than I expected—vibrant colors, clear photo quality, and a professional finish that made them a hit at the celebration.Zazzle made this special moment even more memorable with their reliable service and excellent product. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for personalized graduation items or gifts. I’ll definitely be ordering from Zazzle again!

Awful customer service. Sold a pair of children’s shoes in used condition and took many photos showing this conditions, including any marks. As a private seller, I do not accept returns. However, many buyers on Ebay like to abuse this policy as Ebay provide ‘money back guarantee.’ So, buyer submitted a not as described claim due to their own stupidity, for not looking at photos where marks where shown. I had 2 options to resolve this a) let buyer keep item and refund (I am not a charity so was not going to do this) or b) pay £3.25 for buyer to post them back to me. In previous experience, where a buyer has submitted such a false claim, Ebay have always told me to go ahead with option b and call them once I receive the item to confirm it is all as described and as a seller I am not at fault. However, the Ebay representative on the phone today told me that I should not have accepted the return, despite the fact there is no other option, as although she agreed with me that I was not at fault with the item’s condition (this being clearly shown in photos) I should have apparently called them instead, which if you are aware it is meticulously hard with their AI chatbot. Since introducing the buyer protection service, Ebay’s customer service has become abysmal. I spent over an hour on the phone speaking to a representative and then was put on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to her supervisor, who was no more helpful. Every 5 minutes the phone hold music was cut out and she would check if I was still there, in hopes I would have ended the call. I have been on Ebay for 19 years and sold 1000 items, I will now be sticking to platforms like Vinted and Depop who value sellers and not just buyers.
Review of duolingo
Prior to November's Path UI update, a couple of months back, Duolingo was a solid 4*. Before the very useful in-lesson chat functions went, that was a 5*. It was fun, it was effective and now, it's been wrecked. Why bother reiterating what I and hundreds of others have written concerning the massive own goal which is the 'Path UI' update ? It's not as if I expect any response when none was forthcoming previously. This is in the nature of a eulogy for a fool. Far from so much as acknowledging issues with their chosen path, Duolingo have compounded their error with platitudes and attempted crude deflections with yet more gimmicks. That isn't listening, frankly it's insulting.I wrote a couple of moths back that learning isn't or at least shouldn't be a prescriptive 'one size fits all' process, yet that is precisely what Duolingo has very consciously degenerated into. It's clear that, if anyone from Duolingo bothers to read the hundreds of reasoned critical reviews, these aren't considered sufficiently important to warrant any response. Clearly, there's only metric of interest to Duolingo. Well, so be it ....Given how deeply demotivating both the new format and the attitude of Duolingo have become, that leaves but one option, which I sadly now take. Consigning my 860 day streak to history, I'm now done.
