Uber is the worst company. Disgusting customer service. They owe me money from a fraudulent transaction that they admitted to be and emailed me almost 1 month ago saying that I was entitled to a full refund. They did NOTHING but ignoring my messages when I advised I hadn't received my funds back. Even on social media when I reached out to them they just told me to go to their website. They DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. STOP USING THIS COMPANY. I guarantee you that if you need to get help from them you will be ignored.
Review of tableau
I have no idea why so many people give this a bad review other than perhaps they don't know how to use it yet. There is a steep learning curve, but the things that you can do with Tableau once you know how to use it are priceless. Spend the time to learn it. Then you'll love it. Is it quirky? Are there some usability issues that can be improved? Definitely. But it can take millions of rows of complex data and get you the information and/or visualizations you need to make sense of all but the hugest datasets.

I read reviews that said that Duolingo was good for travelers. After being with them for about six weeks I have yet to see anything remotely useful to travelers. It's most inane situations - a father dealing with a son that plays too many video games, talking about the size of their apartments, office gossip, etc. Time to find a better app.

Worst customer experience ever (and that's saying a lot). I still haven't received my printer and nobody knows (or cares) where it is. I've tried to reach cust serv many times (phone and email) and nothing. I will never buy their product again.

I started with Wachovia and had great banking service. After +20 years of gradually declining service from Wells Fargo (WF) I moved all my accounts from WF to another bank. It was the rude & unprofessional behavior I experienced from the WF fraud detection department that was the last straw. Wells Fargo is a terrible bank. I strongly recommend to all its customers to move to another bank.
