I received a paypal payment notification that I had paid Freepik for another year, as I am now retired and have limited financial funds I wrote to the support giving my reasons for cancellation and requesing a refund.Within 25 mins I not only had a reply (expected up to 24+hrs) I was issued the refund witrhout question. I have seen a few posts here saying that support is bad, well this proives it is not! Many thanks to the Freepik company and their incredable support staff for resolving this so fast.
