Each time you try to login to client created Teams meeting Teams krasches 4-5 times, or you have to signout/signin and end up just logging in, not entering meeting. Switching to web version means 3-4 attempts, emptying cache, changing browser etc. until it loads. Most people won't have the knowledge or patient to do this and my clients looses meetings since their customers is unable to get teams to work.So 1: Currently unusable if you are to use it outside of your own organization where the clients might not be expert on it.2: If you don't have the resource a support firm with lots of experience avoid using this for your business altogether and use something easier and stabler like Zoom or Google Meets.

TLDR: You can't rely on it.The loom desktop app has not been working for the past 5 days and the support is clueless. Right after I posted this review, I went to use the chrome extension (worked yesterday) and how funny: it won't launch. So today I can't use loom at all. That's a pretty shi**y service if you ask me.Even when it works, it's inconsistent and buggy: I personally don't want to use the chrome extension because it messes badly with my microphone gain (I have a Yeti nano and I tried every possible setting, the only solution is to go through a third party software such as voicemeter, it's a pain to go through).The windows desktop app does not have the auto mic gain issue and allows for 1080p, but right now it's just not uploading, and of course you won't be warned, so better not record for an hour straight (all in all, I've lost days worth of time because of failed videos upload).In the end, there is always a new bug, random crashes... some days it will make you mad. It is quite frustrating to pay for a service that is not consistent, I will look for alternatives before my next billing cycle.

Delta airlines is the absolute worst. When they have delays due to mechanical problems or staffing, they saturate you with empty apologies. But when you are delayed due to TSA lines, they close the plane door minutes before the flight departure and tell you it’s too bad you missed your flight. I HATE Delta airlines and hope they go bankrupt. I absolutely HATE them and their employees. They suck.

We have been using BigCommerce for over 2 years now, and they have some of the best customer service and support out there. Anytime we have had any kind of platform problem their techs quickly jumped on the problem and had it solved for us in less than 24 hours in most cases. It is a good stable platform in the USA, which is also a big plus for us. I would highly recommend BigCommerce to anyone who is considering a business in e-commerce.

At the point of departure I had met with three separate managers regarding different issues; the last one being Katy Anne who assured me that a senior manager would be in touch via email to address the unacceptable sanitation issues that caused us to flee in a hurried panic in the middle of our family vacation. As stated there was an accumulation of issues that were not taken seriously by the hotel staff. Initially I met with the manager Wilma on Friday night (14th September) to discuss my concerns about the way in which an incident between 5 of the party (2 adults and 3 children) were verbally abused by a local taxi driver after a dispute about pay. I advised Wilma that the security staff had failed to support or protect my family and instead supported the taxi driver despite his threatening behaviour during the journey and in the hotel lobby. Before the meeting concluded I raised concerns about the general safety of the hotel and gave personal examples of being harassed on the beachfront my local men asking to massage us and sell us drugs, namely cannabis and cocaine. I highlighted that as one of my daughter’s is 12years old and had already been approached by one such man this was completely unacceptable. Om our 4th night we decided to spend time by the pool as a family group and ordered food for us all. We were aware that there were vermin on the beach front on our 1st and 2nd evening at the resort because we had seen them as we’d strolled along it, but we were not anticipating them being on the premises but there they were under our loungers. We alerted the bar staff to the rats under the seats and they totally disregarded us stating they’d never seen rats on site before; a statement I frankly struggle to believe. In our new spot, we were able to get some damning footage that captured the rats (approximately 6) running under and on the chairs we were just sat on and climbing on the tables we’d just eaten on. To put it frankly it was DISGUSTING and it felt as though I was in a highway motel as oppose to a 4 star world renowned hotel chain.We were moved by BA the following morning.

As a decades long customer with a home FULL of BBB products I was sad to hear you may go out of business, until today's phone call. They didn't say their names, but it was a man & woman at 1:56 & 1:57pm on 1/8/2023 at 6401 w Plano Pkwy Plano, Tx 75093. I left the following review & will take my business elsewhere:WOW! Mind BLOWN at horrible customer service. I called to ask if this location was closing. The guy who answered the phone got angry and hung up on me after saying "whatever dude! People are losing their jobs!" I said "no no no, I just wanted to come shop the sales!"...and wham, hung up on! So, I called back and a woman answered and I told her what happened and said I just wanted to shop their location and was it closing? Her reply "how should I know!?" So, I said "well, there would be big signs on the front of the store" Then she says if I want help to call Corporate and slams the phone down, too! Whaaaaa? Talk about going down in FLAMES. Buh-Bye BBB!!!

I'm very happy with the printer itself, but I cancelled their Instant Ink scheme after a three month trial because I'm a very light user. The 305 print cartridges I received with the printer lasted only a very short period. During the subsequent three month trial, I received one set of new cartridges from them, but they refused to work! When I rang customer support, they said they had been remotely blocked because I had left the Instant Ink scheme and the printer would now work only with cartridges bought over the counter, which proved to be true. This left a nasty taste in the mouth and a feeling of being 'done'... I'm now wondering if the box of HP paper I bought through the scheme will suddenly burst into flames to prevent my using it...

We had a business account with WF for over 10 years. In the last few years, we experienced several incidents of complete incompetence which took great efforts to correct. The bankers are mostly poorly trained and do not understand enough to do their jobs. I could forgive that, but the customer service and sloppiness is outrageous. Do NOT bank with them ever.

I went to park beach plaza store Coffs Harbour twice to sign up to broadband + ph, ist time they needed my other providers details so went back next day then I had to verify my acc number ok I sat out side came back in was told I would have to wait 15 min I left came back then again I was told I have to wait 15 min I said not good enough I found them the most irritating people I have met if that is the way you get treated just to sign up to a plan I consider myself lucky I did not proceed I will stay with my provider mates nbn. jim Aylmer
