I use this site weekly and over the years have complained barely a handful of times. I ordered a utensil rail which when it arrived eventually was a very different and far inferior product to the one advertised and the 10% refund offered by the seller was derisory. The Amazon reviews I submitted of this sellers actions, their product and misrepresentation has met with stony silence and the only recourse seems to be to download and print off labels to return the goods with all the hassle that entails. What really galls is their failure to post my review which would highlight my experience to other potential buyers who should be made aware that this retailer does not send the goods they advertise nor seem to care. This failure to post honest, but poor reviews, would appear to make a mockery of the customer review system. How can one trust what one sees and reads about goods one chooses on the strength of Amazon ratings? If one were to buy something like this on EBay they would refund the buyer and at the very least ask for sight of what the retailer had unreasonably substituted and take this up with them.

Annoyed to be charged 2 premium rate texts. The first was to confirm the reservation (even though I booked direct with the restaurant). The second was to STOP them sending me texts. No advance warning of text charges. Do not respond to their texts if you want to avoid charges.

Like hundreds of others now i was misled by them - £300+ taken for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.They charged me over £300 for a Premium subscription I never knowingly agreed to, never used, and wasn’t made clearly aware of. I only discovered the charge after it hit my PayPal, and when I tried to dispute it, PayPal sided with them. I will be escalating further complaints and submitting a complaint to UK consumer protection authorities! I suggest that everyone that has been scammed by them does so at their local authorities- this cannot go on.Domestika claims that they make their service clear and easy to use - why don’t you LISTEN to hundreds of you customers that don’t feel that way? That feel scammed and misled? This is a classic case of dark marketing patterns—designing the site in a way that tricks users into subscribing without informed consent and then with no clear way to contact them - and by just completely ignoring people emails?? To this day no response from them. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers. I’ve never even taken a single course, yet they pocketed £300+ like it’s nothing, ignoring messages and hiding behind shady legal framework while running to the bank laughing with Artists/aspiring artists money, cannot think of a more disgraceful way to conduct business.Domestika you are unethical. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be silently enrolled into overpriced subscriptions you didn’t ask for.

I have read all the 1 star reviews and can understand peoples frustrations. Especially how some places are vast in size to some that are quite small so trying to decide which to allow more people or not is a tough judgement call. You have to remember though how many times have you enjoyed visting these places? meeting friendly staff often volunteers talking and sharing their views on the past and present. The National trust have been amazing over the years and as the UK population has grown so has its demand for its beauty spots. These are unpresedented times, we are not in normal times god forbid we are not in a warzone. I had to wait 45 minutes to get through their eventbrite website portal but once on it was straight forward. Im trying to think of other options instead of a booking system? If we all turned up in our diesel cars to be turned away im glad the option is to book online though extremely frustrating but nothing i didnt expect! My last experience was a strange one in "lockdown" but was still special nature had taken over and everything was closed as expected. I am confident that this eventbrite system will change soon providing the "R" rate stays low. Thanks again National Trust.

Please do not buy the hype. This car needs a lot of maintenance. I am an actual owner! No kidding! do not believe me, It is in the User Manual. The leather in headrest would bubble and you have to replace if you do!! Have you ever had to align the rear tires (not the front, the rear) every 6000 miles, even if the CAR IS NEW?? Well, you do for this car! Had to replace my rear tires after 13000 Miles!!! Do not even get me started on the Cheap construction. In the first three months of owning this car, the body frame has come apart three times, the driver seat was dislocated and a whole bunch of other problems. Rained ONCE and we have to replace the tail lights because of the condensation that crept in!!!!Complete disappointment. Specially since I love the company.
