I bought a charm online and collected it at the Pandora Shop in Westfield Doncaster - Vic. - Australia. When I collected my charm the shop assistant did not issue a gift receipt as I asked for. I returned the day after to ask for the receipt but I encountered a wall of "not possible". They eventually provided it for me, smirking and not an apology. I will not use Pandora at Westfield Doncaster again. Poor service and not professional.

"Virus and Trojan"I open chrome only when i have to. Normally i use operagx, but some email programs only see chrome as a trustable browser.As soon as i opened chrome, i get spammed with notifications "virus detected" and "your pc has a trojan". This notification was delivered via chrome. No accepted cookies or anything else that could have led to this.. ALSO:when i first openened chrome in some weeks, it asked me if i wanted it as standardbrowser again. I could not decline because there was no button for it, so i had to activate chrome, go to the website i wanted to go, then delete chrome as standard browser again.dont do it, its google, you never know

Was a loyal member of their points club for 16 years. Bought 2500 dollars worth of points in August, 2023 which gave me over one million points. Was not given adequate warning that points would expire. Found out 2 days too late that points expired. Informed by them their hands were tied and could not help. The purchase points option is deceitful for it does not tell you they will expire on the purchase page I received.

Absolutely terrible service setting up my Etsy business account. They gave me issues with the transaction process of people purchasing my product and also scammed me out of $1000.00, do not use this service, they are fraudulent and abuse their business owners.

Shoddy customer service. Never within 24 hrs. Matter not sorted even when all information given and proof of purchase. Even phone call made from UK to Australia and message left on answerphone- still no communication. Might have good products, but no helpful aftercare
