I bought a charm online and collected it at the Pandora Shop in Westfield Doncaster - Vic. - Australia. When I collected my charm the shop assistant did not issue a gift receipt as I asked for. I returned the day after to ask for the receipt but I encountered a wall of "not possible". They eventually provided it for me, smirking and not an apology. I will not use Pandora at Westfield Doncaster again. Poor service and not professional.
