Was a loyal member of their points club for 16 years. Bought 2500 dollars worth of points in August, 2023 which gave me over one million points. Was not given adequate warning that points would expire. Found out 2 days too late that points expired. Informed by them their hands were tied and could not help. The purchase points option is deceitful for it does not tell you they will expire on the purchase page I received.
