I want to preface this with I have never had a problem with Apple before. I Went to Apple store in Boulder to purchase new iPhone. Sales associate presented a 24 months interest free plan with Sachs Goldman. IT errors with the application put into a loop. After rounds with them on the phone I was still in the Apple store. I decided it wasn’t worth the brain damage was going to buy the phone outright. Sales person decided that I was a fraud before I had even left store and had the phone burned the only one left so I couldn’t even pay for the phone outright. I’m an older woman from the country and obviously there was some prejudice involved here…. Stay away from the Apple store 29th St. in Boulder. Definite prejudiced.

I bought impala inline skates in a size 5 , and when they arrived ( a day late, even though we paid for next day delivery), they were the wrong size. The box said uk size 5, but the actual skates were a size 4 and far too small for my feet, so we ordered new ones and tried again. The EXACT same problem happened- they sent us the wrong size skates in an incorrectly labelled box. Awful customer service too, even after asking them to contact their warehouse to assure this did not happen again they failed to get it right the second time. Do better Urban Outfitters, in this lockdown I really needed something like skating to keep me busy and feeling happy, and you've taken that from me.

I've been in MailerLite for less than 24 hours and my assistant has already transferred most of my emails from Kajabi. Super easy to use. I've never used email marketing software, so I was exploring the domain settings and capabilities. I just had no idea what it all meant and wanted to have a conversation about it. I connected with Mariia through the chat feature and she was super helpful!! Quick to reply, attentive, informative, and caught mistakes outside of what I was even asking. Incredible! It seemed like she enjoyed her work and it was honestly such a pleasant and refreshing experience. Good on you, MailerLite. I'm in the software consulting and setup biz and your onboarding experience has been top-notch thus far.

I purchased the Malm chest of six drawers just over a year ago. The drawers were incredibly difficult to construct and it took me well over a day to build. I the placed the item next to my bed, I woke up last week to a loud bang, the drawers had collapsed and were beyond repair.

Within hours of creating an account I was given a notice of suspension with no clear reason and to appeal I have to jump through captcha hoops to formulate any kind of response. As far as I'm concerned they can go ahead and delete my profile as I can no longer log in to do so myself. This is the far left censorship model going on here. I had a highly disappointing experience with ActiveCampaign. When subscribing to their service for my business, there was no disclosure about restrictions for Canadian businesses. After payment, they abruptly closed my account, citing this restriction, without any prior notice.This lack of transparency feels deceptive and unprofessional. Despite requesting a refund immediately, they have yet to process it, leaving me no choice but to consider legal action to recover my funds.I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering ActiveCampaign, as their practices appear misleading and customer service is unhelpful.

Like many other ive been shocked by the process of trying to cancel my subscription. They acknowledge they received my cancellation request but carried on with the charge and are no refusing to give a refund. Their tone on the phone was very unhelpful and obstructive. Im trying to find if there is a formal complaints procedure.
