I had a highly disappointing experience with ActiveCampaign. When subscribing to their service for my business, there was no disclosure about restrictions for Canadian businesses. After payment, they abruptly closed my account, citing this restriction, without any prior notice.This lack of transparency feels deceptive and unprofessional. Despite requesting a refund immediately, they have yet to process it, leaving me no choice but to consider legal action to recover my funds.I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering ActiveCampaign, as their practices appear misleading and customer service is unhelpful.
