0 starsCancelled my membership in October and was told I could use the service until 4th NovemberCharged AGAIN in November and are now applying a £114 cancellation fee. They gaslit me trying to say that I never cancelled. Then WHERE THE FU*K DID I GET THE MESSAGE THAT STATED ID GET BOTH A CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND THAT I COULD STILL USE THE PRO MEMBERSHIP UNTIL 4TH NOVEMBER. ABSOLUTE THIEVING SCUM

The biggest pile of faeces Ever, when asked about getting from A 2 B they show you the routes using the underground or overground trains which of course they are 3 time more expensive than the bus,Wanted to go from cronwel Road to elephant and castle, my option was to chose Earl's Court Station, I had to search how to do that through Google and of course it showed me that the bus 360 follows the route I needed, I assume we are paying extra on transportation because the decided to waste 10 of K in an app that is not worth using, unless you are looking for underground route,I can't tell you how USELESS that is as I uninstall the app after failing to find what I was looking for.MENTALLY HILLARIOUS

I won’t ever use Spotify again. I opened an account and within only 10 days of opening had numerous log ins all over the world (notified via my email). To top it off I then received an email saying the email address for my Spotify account had been changed, not by me! So I was hacked! Chat online were helpful and sorted things extremely quickly but I cancelled and close my account straight away. Bad experience, won’t use again and would not recommend.

I returned an e-book to cengage and requested a refund. I never got the refund and it has been 3 weeks already... They did say after my 3rd case that they would take care of it, so I'll have to wait on any further information. They should also consider the fact we're students and therefore broke... Very bad customer service, do not recommend
