Totally deceptive. I thought I was buying a cheap course an then it austomatically subscribed me to an annual fee for hundreds of dollars to join the plus program. I didnt even realise it had done this. So the next time I bought another cheap course I used a different email address and thought I was just buying a one off course and it did the same thing, signing me up to another plus membership. Had no clue I was signed up until they helped myself to $500 from my bank account. I just feel sick and can't understand how this is even legal. Be careful and DON'T get scammed!!!

I purchased a few sets of brushes but mistakenly put one set that was for Photoshop instead of Procreate in my basket. Customer services were very good and allowed me to buy the correct one and refunded me the one purchased in error.

'Articles' are completely positive biased (not at all balanced) despite claimed editorial independence. Their information in numerous 'news articles ' are in fact biased totally towards expressing an only positive view of crypto - afterall, that is their bred and butter, generating interest in crypto, which is central to their business model. Crypto is influenced by popularity and interest, and these guys know it so well, information control is central to the information they deliver.

Tried to use email to cancel but you have to call. Call back service does not work. Had to try several times and finally got through to a customer service operative who could not have been less interested. Right decision to cancel!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to go to the bank to get a refund and a new card since I was hacked the day before and the person spent £74.99 on a game I don't care about and didn't want please keep in mind that with my console I had watched a movie with family on it and my phone was on the table, I unplugged the console to move it back into my room when my phone buzzed it was playstation saying thank you for the purchase, my console was still unplugged. The same day I went on playstations site to request a look into it. They said 1-3 business days it had now been a few weeks and I can't resubmit the form and have heard nothing from them. I phoned the UK line only to be told it's not possible that I've been hacked or playstation would have known, I brought the game and it's on my console there for it's my responsibility, the guy I was telling this to would keep interrupting me, and then would tell me to just buy the game when I can't even login to my account. When I asked for a supervisor he told me there wasn't any available at the moment and it's only when I said no I want to speak to someone higher did he open a case. I got told that I would get a response in 48 hours in my email, but I have heard nothing. It's disappointing and disgusting how this company runs it's customer service and treats all of its customers like less than dirt.
