Waiting for a order since 8th of December 2024, A import item for Amazon to Say by Email on the 14th January 2025 thanks for returning the item, and you have a refund. Well it wasn't delivered its due today 15th of January, and I haven't requested a cancellation, its a belated Christmas present for my daughter, why the hell would i cancel a order ive been waiting for all this time, when it would of been delivered the very next t day. Plus you still have 4 in stock at a higher price. I did the chatbot, the person said its still active, crazy. Definitely not reliable.

I have been buying from Adidas for years and everything been ok until now, I bought 3 footballs for my football team, size 3/4/5 to use for a training exercise. The box arrived with only 2 footballs inside, I contacted Adidas and was made to feel like a thief and that I was lying, the Football was £9 for Christ’s sake. Anyway I took a picture to prove that the box was not big enough to fit 3 balls inside, I then got told the balls come inflated and that they had proof all 3 had been put inside (They haven’t provided this to me)I tried this and put an inflated ball in the box and could only fit one in lol again I sent photo evidence of this but again Adidas seem to think I am lying, do they actually think I would go through all this fuss to steal a £9 football?? Honestly the customer service is absolutely shocking and I will no longer buy anything from Adidas again. Reading reviews and doing some research it seems that Adidas have a problem with thieves in their Warehouses but just put the blame and cost on the customer. I literally have proof they are lying and they still won’t back down.

I cannot cancel my account. I have tried repeatedly over the last 2 yrs to cancel an account that I created for work but they refuse to help me delete. Every month I am charged $20 for something I cannot access because to cancel the account, you need access to your email - which I don't have since I am no longer with that company.

Stay away from McAfee!!!By mistake I choose automatic renewal after was an offer . I send an email from last year to request cancellation and I thought was cancelled but this year they charged me again 100£ on 8th March 😡 They have not sent me any notice that they will renew… I am so unhappy!! I sent them emails but no reply:( so disappointed!!! Stay away !

According to the 10-day ebook policy even if you call to return the ebooks rented, they will not return them. I spent over an hour messaging and 2 phone calls (first one got disconnected on their end, so I called back) and they still refused to return the book even though I was on day 10. The policy should clarify "return book on day 9."

We were in a parking lot and noticed we had a flat tire and called AAA to fix it, I usually change them myself but my back is in bad shape and this is a truck and the tires are heavy. First they told us it would be 15 minutes, then they called back and said it would be another 15 minutes, then called back and said it will be another hour. I'm in the vehicle waiting, it's 90°out and there not here yet. We had AAA for over 40 years and now they're useless.
