Absolutely useless customer support service. Agents don't even understand what the initial query is to try and get a resolution. Maybe hire someone that knows what they're doing.

I would give the BBC no stars if I could. Inaccurate and biased reporting. Interviewing its own staff as if experts or impartial. Ignoring criticisms and complaints and indeed banning complainers from its own site.Now feeding financially off the elderly and infirm to fund what is clearly a gravy train for friends and family whilst repeating old material ad infinitumWhat a long way the BBC has fallen from the vital and trusted service it used to provide. A shadow of its former self.I used to keenly (15 years ago+) put the news on but now it is used to manipulate and control those unable to form real and fact based opinions.The vain attempts to force and tell the British public to reject Brexit clearly demonstrates a political motivation. Needs kicking into touch. The news is a joke should be renamed the nasty Naga show.

Every single show I have seen has gone woke, they don't employ people on talent and ability - you get on there if you tick a box. A blind man could see that. Positive discrimination at its absolute worstYou have Millenials deciding what is shown and who appears on it. Nothing on the channel is allowed unless its ultra-left wing and anti-British.There is no show that isn't totally riddled with political correctnessTotally unwatchable and they have the nerve to ask you to pay for itPs HIGNFY used to slaughter Trump and Conservatives every week with their "comedians" mocking them, no need to ask if Biden gets the same treatment, of course not

A useless organisation

A useless organisation. They do not reply even after waiting months. Not fit for purpose. Should have been on bonfire of the quangos years ago. They put barriers up to making an official complaint. They have information from councils which she will not share. I wonder why. 29 July 2020 they put up barriers to making complaints, they will not accept complaints by normal email even though I have sent it to them. They have changed their reference number system and their email address. All to delay and confuse I am sure. 11 September 2020 still awaiting reply a useless quango. Another month has gone by, no update. The speed of the ico is overwhelming. lol22 9.20 still waiting an update!!3.10.20 still awaiting promised decisions 10.10.20 still no update 15.10.20 still no update 19.10.20 A decision notice has been given. ICO have taken nearly a year to say it is ok for councils not to have on file or do a budget when commissioning work. They will accept any guess by the council done on the back of a cigarette packet. Completely useless and a waste of time. Issue still not sorted. Not there to help residents. They agree that essex councils do not have to budget for highways projects. Do not have to give accurate information and can cause ten years of extremely dangerous traffic conditions with immunity. They then refuse to deal with you. They also take nearly a year to tell you nothing. In order to frustrate you more they send you to another quango. Which will be just as useless. It's a game that residents cannot win. The government has set up all these quangos to drive you to despair.The long drawn out saga continues.I have been instructed by ico to delete the name of there staff.

I upgraded from my S22+ as the specs on…

I upgraded from my S22+ as the specs on the camera of the S22 Ultra looked impressive.My first impression is that it doesn't feel or look as nice as my old phone, which was a beautiful shade of green, I got the Titanium Black as the green shade looked washed out, but I feel my old phone, despite being a lesser model, looked and felt more premium.In terms of speed, I can't notice any difference in loading or swiping through the apps.There is a lot of talk about screen not being reflective, but again I can't tell any difference from my old phone, that said it's not been sunny enough to get a good gauge when outside, so roll on summer.The camera is good, so far only taken pictures of my cat but in low light it's a 100 times better than my old phone. The AI features are good, it really sharpens up the image after it has been taken with the Scene Optimizer.The AI eraser is pure witchcraft, I have no idea how it works so well and I shall be calling a priest! I removed a toy from the couch using it and how it filled in the missing background and knew to remove the shadows I'll never understand.The weather has not been great so not really tested out the 50mpxl Ultrawide Camera, so looking forward to getting into that.Outside of the camera, I'm not sure about the AI features to be honest, I've had a good play around with them, and the drawing assist is fun, but beyond that I'm not sure I'm it's target audience (I'm a 50 years old male, I'm not a luddite, but can't see how they will assist my day to day, that said it's early days with the phone so time may prove me wrong), The Gemini assist was not very good, it didn't understand what I was saying a lot of the time and just answered what it thought I said.I believe Samsung will charge for these within twelve months (so I've read), this seems shortsighted especially as people will remember life without them and probably not pay on mass, they should leave it a couple of years until these features are properly evolved and embedded in people's lives before charging.The speaker in the phone is similar to the S22+, and although this phone has QHD, the S22+ was a Dynamic AMOLED 2340 x 1080, so I really couldn't tell a massive difference in picture quality, but I only use the phone for a bit (way too much) of YouTubeage and Insta cat videos, maybe if I'd watched a movie I may have noticed a difference.I've always been a heavy Bluetooth user, which is usually real drain on the battery. I either to pair with a speaker or my headphones, and I've been using it most of the day and with moderate other phone usage, WhatsApp and emails, the battery is down to 61% (8am - 3.20pm) this is a definite improvement, on my old phone I'd be chasing a charge (good name for a band that) by now.One thing that is truly stand out for me about this phone, the sound through my headphones (Buds2 Pro), which I've had for a few months now, is outstanding, I partially deaf, so music on a phone has never blown me away until now. I was not expecting this, they've really worked some magic on this phone, and is worth the upgrade for this alone, not sure why no reviews I've seen have mentioned this.Overall I'm really happy with the upgrade. I think gone are the days when you get a phone every couple of years it feels like a massive change, now it seems like small incremental improvements (sorry to any designers and developers that may read this, don't want to undermine your hard work). For me it felt like time to get a new phone, and with the preorder, trade in and discount I got the 1tb model for £500 off, but there are good deals from service providers if you shop around for a 24 month contract.All this said, if you have the S24 Ultra (had a mess about on my friends), unless you are really excited about AI and can't wait (as you may get it as a software update), or are unimpressed with sound when listening to music through headphones, then I'd probably wait until the S26 when it has matured a bit

Runs smoothly without conflicts

It simply does what it promises. I can run windows OS in my Mac without problems, in a transparent way. My recommendation is to have at least 16 GB ram to achieve the excellent performance. Good job guys!

Finally got one myself - scum company.

Finally got one myself. Out of nowhere they reduced my credit limit for not reason, almost sending me into overdraft and messing up my credit score due to the use ratio. I have not missed a single payment in over 5 years, didn’t take out extra lines of credit or lose my job? Why?! Everything you read about them are right - truly are a scum company.

For 2 months I couldn't resolve simple issues with support they were useless, it's going 3rd month now and I still have the same problem. USELESS! I still hold money on that account and if you care about your money, take it out ASAP and forget about his bloody app.
