Crooked Company

Id give AT&T 0 stars if I could. Completely crooked Company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I had their dial up service for about a year. My neighborhood wasn't set up for cable. After being with them 5-6 months I realized I was getting billed every two weeks. When I finally found someone who actually cared they agreed I was being double billed. Instead of paying the $300 they owed me they gave me a credit every month until it was done. I cancelled after that. Also when they did wire my neighborhood with cable the used a trench cutter to pay the cable. They drove over 2 sprinkler heads and damaged them. That cost me another $150 to fix. And of course AT&T denies being in my neighborhood at all. I had photos of them and video them destroying my yard and my neighbors yards throughout my neighborhood. I told the guy that was walking all around my yard to leave or I would make him leave!! I requested a supervisor and he did call one but the chicken was a complete coward and never showed up. My advice don't use them. They never admit any fault.

Very costly forgetfulness

Forgot to pay the congestion charge, (completely slipped my mind as I haven't driven into central London in years) now I have to front up £160 from what should have been £23 total. How does the penalty fit the crime? How can they justify charging £80 per penalty? £30-35 would be far more reasonable, what an absolute joke, just a racketeering organisation!! How can this be justified with the squeeze on the cost of living for all?Let that be a lesson, don't forget to pay the charge before going to London.

Be aware of them

I trusted Songkick and it cost me 110€.They mix up omonymous bands I could not think that what I see would have been fake, I trusted the company professionalism. Now I lack 110€ of flight tickets and I want them back, from Songkick. They are not answering my email. I have contacted customer rights associations.EDIT: their answer: "Sorry we're not responsible, talk to the agency that added the concert, we won't refund you, have a nice day".

Appalling, dishonest cancellation process

As many other reviews say, the cancellation process is appalling, verging on dishonest.I used the live chat function to cancel my subscription back in November. It was a pain at the time - I had to persevere through loads of unwanted retention offers and just keep insisting on the cancellation - but eventually the agent agreed to process it.Problem is, he didn't actually process it. So I noticed another quarterly direct debit in February and had to go through the process again, with the same repetitive hard sell. And the agent wouldn't acknowledge the previous failure so wouldn't backdate the cancellation to November.I feel that they have scammed me out of an extra quarter's payment.

Terrible. Lost some of my folders containing hundreds of hours of work; customer service/support was completely useless and didn't help. No technical support offered to resolve the issue or advice offered to avoid the same thing happening again - I was simply told they had no record of it uploading and that no refund was possible. The only possible explanation was 'your computer may have disconnected from the internet at some point' which it will have because it's a laptop that comes between work and home with me. Diana, the agent on their chat service, was particularly useless. Don't give this company your money, they are totally useless and data preservation is not something they can achieve.
