Discovered today that as a couple staying in the same room, we each would have to make separate reservations (with separate rewards numbers) in order to allow the redeem to airline points for either one of us. Not entirely sure how you make two reservations for the same room. Although she was polite and attempted to be helpful (I know they probably follow a script), the customer service rep said "well, you would need to book two rooms...what???So in order to redeem rewards points toward airlines only the individual that has the account in their name gets to redeem points. Very odd they might need to look at that policy.

Xero USED TO BE great - responsive, professional, user friendly ... BUT NOW IT IS UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL!!! DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED. The new Invoicing is just awful - big fat waste of space white areas, REDUCED FUNCTIONALITY, it takes scrolling UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT just to see one page. TIMESHEETS, INVOICING, and so many other pages are just STUPIDLY FILLED WITH white space. The Entire software looks like it is in BETA mode, and has been so "dumbed down" in it's terminology and functions that it is seriously one of the most annoying software's in the market. And to rub salt into the wounds of the users the Developers DO NOT LISTED to the users - the professionals who spend hundreds of $'s on this rubbish. It has caused pain, and EXTENDED TIME IN DOING SIMPLE TASKS.

I had a horrible experience with Facebook Ads.I saw an ads that it didn't belong to me and they blocked me from advertising because of them, 1 year later they unblocked my access to ads but they charged me over 400$ for them, I contacted fb support about this and someone might hacked into my account,but they are useless.Don't ever use Facebook ads.

I ordered an embosser with a plate that had a top orientation when I needed a bottom orientation. The following quote was on my order. "We promise 100% satisfaction. If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back!" When I called to let them know I made the mistake, they said that they could not help me fix it, and that I should go online, reorder the plate, and give the incorrect plate with my address on it to someone else. Nonsense! Get it right the first time or you'll not be helped. For anyone who is confused like I was, a plate with a bottom orientation is the correct one for the flap of the envelope.
