The promotions they offer are tricky. I bought a TV and uploaded all the information they requires but the photo of the box. They haven't reimbursed the money because of that, so please pay attention to the "promotions".Les promotions qu'ils proposent sont piégés. J'ai acheté une TV et après avoir donné tous l'information, j'ai raté de donner une photo de la boîte et il ne m'ont pas remboursé l'argent. Alors, fait attention!Las promociones que propone esta marca son muy difíciles de conseguir. Yo compré una tele con promoción de devolverte el dinero, pero como subí toda la info menos la foto de la caja, no me lo han devuelto. Así que no compréis algo teniendo en cuenta la oferta porque seguramente no cumpláis los mil requisitos que piden.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Docklands. Booked twin room which was confirmed by email. Got there and no twins left . Said they’ll try and sort it and gave us keys to a twin room. Got there and it was occupied scare alert ! Then came down after shock and waited 45 mins as they gave us new keys to another room. Got to room at midnight and realised it was a double room. Came to reception again and had to wait 30 mins more whilst soda in double room was made up into a sofa bed . Finally went to room at 1am to be awoken at 1.30 with fire alarm . Over next 2 nights went to reception 5 times as room was freezing but no one checked thermostat in room and it continued to be freezing. Put sign on door for room clean but was not done. Reception said the sign was not required and I should have specifically asked at reception for room clean even though this is not specified anywhere. No yea and coffee in room .Manager Mr Luqman was very flippant and none apologetic . Awful stay , emailed hotel 3 times no reply.

We have ordered a coat as a Christmas gift on the 19th of December, a few days ago we have received an email of "return is being processed" no email explaining why and whatsoever. tried to call today and have spoken to the most unhelpful customer service I have encountered (Eunice at 11:45 today 22nd of Dec 2020, doesn't want to disclose her last name) I am the customer and she literally asked me to stop talking and listen to her. My question still stands, why was the order not processed, and why it is £30 more expensive to re-order the same coat that YOU HAVE CANCELLED ON MY BEHALF ... irresponsible business

Horrible launcher, cant even open it all of the sudden. I've tried restarting my pc I've redownload the launcher and I've deleted everything to do with the launcher and redownload it again and it still dosent work. This launcher has been around for 4 years and they still cant figure out how to open it.

I had my kitchen cabinets done recently and I was very pleased and happy with the results. Jake N. a contractor with MN Rusco was on time and the job was done within 3 days. He had questions for me along the way and so did I when needed. He explained the process before hand and cleaned up everyday, which I liked. Very pleasant man to work with. I highly recommend him.

Garmin now own Tacx . Flux s type 2 trainer returned under warranty as bluetooth packed up . Asked to strip it down before sending ( freehub etc) On face of it seemed helpful but then received a type 1 unit replacement in return 2 weeks later- useless as needed type 2 unit to fit the stripped down bits i was asked to hang on to. Type 1 unit returned . 2 weeks later im told no type 2 units available until end of feb at earliest . So that will be 2 months without my trainer . Rubbish .

It’s just dreadful. The stories are poorly researched and content is at best mediocre. The worst experience however is pop up advertising which obscure the text. I deliberately avoid products promoted in this format and many people say that they do their best to not buy from companies that allow it. I now read the LA times which is free to Uk readers
