Having used AT&T as my US cell phone provider for 9 years now, I feel that I finally have to put fingers to keyboard and highlight how utterly abysmal their customer service is. They have twice in that time just randomly removed my cell phone number (and the first time they did that, they also stole the $100 of credit that was on the account). When they do delete your number it then becomes extremely difficult to get through to anyone in customer service and, if (BIG IF) you do manage to get through to someone, they are often unable to help resolve the issue. I am totally p****d with having to change cell phone number and update all my professional stationary, profiles and contacts because of AT&T's complete disregard for their customers. The question is, who else to try? These giant communications companies have a virtual monopoly and they couldn't care less about their customers.Update: After numerous phones calls totalling over 4 hrs and failing to speak to a single human being, also using the online chat to then be cut-off by the human being who did respond because it wasn't her department and she couldn't care less, I still have no resolution to a very simple billing glitch and consequently have no US SIM. The whole dismal experience cost me £1000!! (that's about $1250 for you folks Stateside) in phone calls (because the 800 number is charged at full rate if you're not on a US network when you call it, although it doesn't say this when you call...) and I still have not resolved this very simple issue or even been able to speak to a human being at AT&T.After 9 years as a loyal customer, I WILL NEVER USE AT&T EVER AGAIN!!

I JUST signed up for service yesterday. Haven’t even been a customer 24 hours. This has been the worst experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. Incompetent rep put the wrong shipping address in for my router. After 7 calls and over 4 HOURSSS just trying to get the address updated, I finally gave up and cancelled EVERYTHING. Absolutely atrocious. I will NEVER do business with them again. Ever!!!!!!

A great idea, great resource, saves time. The only thing I would say you guys need to improve on for sure is the number of editing options you allow. No transition options other than what's there, no fun editing options, it's kinda just like the same videos over and over with the same cuts, kinda gets repetitive. I am an editor and can make a fantastic professional looking video if I want...but the whole point of getting this software was to save me the time it takes to edit and piece things together meticulously. It is nice, but it's not much fun to use anymore because it's getting repetitive. Unless there are ways I can include transitions on the online platform and customize a lil more on the go (I mean, not like Hollywood stuff, but perhaps an additive dissolve option would be nice? or fast trimming ability with a quick razor tool? A friendly suggestion, why don't you guys if you haven't already thought of this- create a software that has these options offline and implement it with your online platform (without adding to the $300+ it costs for Animoto- (then it would be in all honesty, too pricey and defeats the whole purpose, might as well go with the big dogs and manual edit then).. and you guys are literally ridiculously more versatile in what you're offering and even more profitable for yourselves in the long run if you do this cause more would turn to your software (more options and variety is key with the stuff you are offering... the stock videos you guys have been excellent and music collection is decent as its royalty-free and saves people time and money in some cases, but other than that, for a real quality video, if I have to extract what I make on Animoto then re-edit that on Adobe or p studio, then it's kinda like.. evading the whole point of paying quite a good sum of money upfront for a program with its spectrum of limitations (in my case). With all due respect, if you guys do resolve these issues then you guys get the extra star from me. but 4/5 till things change... and that's being generous! it kinda is a big deal not having transition options. Im being sincere by the way, great job on the software otherwise.
Review of opentable
As a wedding present, I received a card from a cousin telling me that I had received a very generous gift to be used through Open Table. The instructions were to just activate the gift card number on-line. So, made a reservation for our first anniversary at Gotham Bar & Grill. Thought this was the perfect use of the gift & was very excited. The night before, went on-line to activate the number. It then told me that it would take 4-6 weeks to mail me an actual credit card with the amount. No amount of phone calls to Open Table got any result. So, no grand anniversary dinner, had to cancel on Gotham last minute, and no one at Open Table would take ownership. We ended up at our favorite local restaurant, Sevilla, incidentally, NOT on Open Table. Shame on you, Open Table!

How low can Adobe stoop to fix people in to an annual commitment. They do this by luring you in to a free trial period with any time cancellation. If you decide to go on for another month by paying for the month, automatically you are caught up for the year and no cancellation, except by paying for the next 6 months.

AVG offers all the facilities I need to keep my computer safe from virus attack and malicious access. In addition to regular virus scans AVG provides clean up services and VPN. Everything seems to work seamlessly with very little fuss.
