Everyone be careful about booking apartment from Vrbo company. They just take the photos from others and posted in. We booked the hotel in London from 28th-30 a month before and received confirmation letter as well. When we reached to the given postcode it was someone’s apartment. Oh! My god! Guess what with kids at last minute in a freezing weather??? Every hotels and rooms were booked as it was a weekend. They told us to give refund and didn’t help further. Our vacation was horrible in a freezing weather. What a poor management??? What a lie???Don’t book! Don’t book! Don’t book. Date of experience: 28/12/2024

BEWARE, $99 A MONTH MIGHT MEAN A $2750 USD "CANCELLATION FEE"I signed up last may, I cancelled in email, deleted infusionsoft emails from my account and one day I get a debt collector demanding $2,750 to be paid!!!!We negotiated a "settlement fee" which is signaficantly smaller but charging a fee so that a made up fee can be cancelled? I never heard of this practise being used in all my time trading with US companys.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

They lose the stars in their return policy. You can’t return in stores and when you’re forced to mail back online purchases you have to also pay a $10 delivery fee. Online shopping is super common during the pandemic, how do you expect people to continue purchasing from your company when you charge for returns by mail? Their quality is good but I would not be making any more online purchases, as sizing varies from item to item and I cannot return without having to pay a fee.

We we scammed and thumbtack guaruntee was a total nonsense. Don't use these small freelancers they are mostly total scammers. Go with large companies and avoid the small businesses who frequent thumbtack, it's a false economy

Kayak booked the flight which doesn't fly on the day we booked. We went to the airport with 2 kids 3 and 1year old only to realize there is no flight that day. The airline company couldn't help because the ticket date on the airline system is different than what is shown on our kayak ticket, and it has already past. They said it's completely kayak's fault. When we called the customer care it gets disconnected, finally after 10th time they gave us a different flight. We don't have a bassinet seat which we reserved for and they can't help us in anyway. This is a huge inconvenience for our family. I am never going to book again with them and if you are traveling with kids avoid booking with kayak.
