Everyone be careful about booking apartment from Vrbo company. They just take the photos from others and posted in. We booked the hotel in London from 28th-30 a month before and received confirmation letter as well. When we reached to the given postcode it was someone’s apartment. Oh! My god! Guess what with kids at last minute in a freezing weather??? Every hotels and rooms were booked as it was a weekend. They told us to give refund and didn’t help further. Our vacation was horrible in a freezing weather. What a poor management??? What a lie???Don’t book! Don’t book! Don’t book. Date of experience: 28/12/2024
