I had an issue with an order that I just placed - I called immediately after placing the order as I noticed the error - Customer Service stated that they would cancel the entire order (as part order could not be cancelled) and I received a confirmation email that the entire order was cancelled. Unfortunately, 2 days later, I received an email stating my order was being shipped. I, again, contacted Customer Service and explained that the order was cancelled within 1 hour of placing and that it was cancelled through their Customer Service - they are still graciously refunding me my entire order - even though the items are being shipped - as the Cancellation was noted; however, for whatever reason did not go through. It is nice to hear that a company still has values and acknowledges an error on their part and not penalizing a customer who tried to correct the issue immediately.
